상기 가열 파이프들의 높이는 10~100cm의 범위이며, 파이프 지름은 3~10cm의 범위인 장치. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
마이크로파 하우징의 바닥에 위치한 하부-파이프라인에 연결되는 진공 하우징, 상기 진공 하우징 위에 위치한 진공 펌프, 및 상기 진공 하우징의 바닥에 위치한 공급 출구, 속이 빈 상기 진공 하우징에 형성된 진공 챔버를 더 포함하는 장치.
