Claims (8)

- 제1항에 있어서, 5-F-캄프토테신(camptothecin)인 것인 식 (I)의 화합물.
- 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체 및 부형제와 함께 제1항 또는 제2항에 청구된 바와 같은 식 (I)의 화합물을 포함하는, 종양 치료를 위한 약제학적 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 경구 또는 비경구 투여에 적절한 제형인 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 고형 종양 또는 백혈병의 치료를 위해 사용되는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고형 종양은 폐 종양, 난소 종양, 유방 종양, 위 종양, 간 종양, 전립선 종양, 연 조직의 육종(soft tissues sarcoma), 식도 종양, 췌장 종양, 두경부 종양, 및 교모세포종으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 백혈병은 만성 골수구성 백별형 또는 급성 골수구성 백혈병인 것인 약제학적 조성물.
