Abstract
(해결 수단) 본 발명의 히터(1)는 폴딩 형상을 한 저항체(3)와, 저항체(3)의 각각의 단부에 접합된 한쌍의 리드(4)와, 선방에 저항체(3)를 매설함과 아울러 후방에 한쌍의 리드(4)를 매설한 절연기체(2)를 구비하고, 저항체(3)와 리드(4)의 접합부(51, 52)에 있어서 리드(4)의 축방향에 수직인 방향으로 저항체(3)와 리드(4)가 겹쳐져 있고, 저항체(3)의 한쪽 단부와 리드(4)의 접합부(51) 후단이 저항체(3)의 다른쪽 단부와 리드(4)의 접합부(52) 후단보다 후방에 위치하고 있다.
Description
도 2의 (a)부분은 도 1에 나타내는 저항체와 리드의 접합부를 포함하는 영역(A)을 확대한 확대 단면도이며, (b)부분은 (a)부분에 나타내는 X-X선 단면도이다.
도 3의 (a)부분은 본 발명의 히터의 실시형태의 다른 예를 나타내는 저항체와 리드의 접합부를 포함하는 영역을 확대한 확대 단면도이며, (b)부분은 (a)부분에 나타내는 X-X선 단면도이다.

Claims (6)
- 폴딩 형상을 한 저항체와, 상기 저항체의 각각의 단부에 접합된 한쌍의 리드와, 선방에 상기 저항체를 매설함과 아울러 후방에 상기 한쌍의 리드를 매설한 절연기체를 구비하고,
상기 저항체와 상기 리드의 접합부에 있어서 상기 리드의 축방향에 수직인 방향으로 상기 저항체와 상기 리드가 겹쳐져 있고,
상기 리드의 축방향에 수직인 방향으로 상기 접합부끼리가 겹쳐진 부분을 갖고 있음과 아울러,
상기 저항체의 한쪽 단부와 상기 리드의 상기 접합부 후단은 상기 저항체의 다른쪽 단부와 상기 리드의 상기 접합부 후단보다 후방에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 접합부에 있어서 상기 리드의 축방향에 수직인 단면으로 보았을 때에 상기 리드가 상기 저항체의 단부를 둘러싸고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 저항체의 한쪽 단부가 정극측인 것을 특징으로 하는 히터. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 저항체의 한쪽 단부와 상기 리드의 상기 접합부 선단의 위치와 상기 저항체의 다른쪽 단부와 상기 리드의 상기 접합부 선단의 위치가 상기 리드의 축방향에 관해서 다르게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 히터와, 상기 한쌍의 리드 중 한쪽의 리드의 단부에 전기적으로 접속됨과 아울러 상기 히터를 유지하는 금속제 유지 부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 글로 플러그.
