Abstract
(해결수단) 본 발명의 히터(1)는 절연 기체(2)와, 절연 기체(2)에 매설된 저항체(3)와, 절연 기체(2)에 매설되고 일단에서 저항체(3)에 접속됨과 아울러 타단에서 절연 기체(2)의 표면에 설치된 단자부(5)로 도출된 리드(4)를 구비하고, 리드(4)는 종단면으로 볼 때 적어도 2개소의 굽힘부(41)를 갖고 있고, 각각의 굽힘부(41)의 횡단면에 있어서의 애스펙트비는 단자부(5)의 애스펙트비보다 커지고 있다.
Description
도 2(a)는 도 1에 나타내는 리드의 굽힘부를 포함하는 영역A를 확대한 확대도이며, (b)는 (a)에 나타내는 C-C선 단면도이다.
도 3(a)는 도 2에 나타내는 A1-B1선 단면도, (b)는 도 2에 나타내는 A2-B2선 단면도, (c)는 도 2에 나타내는 A3-B3선 단면도, (d)는 도 2에 나타내는 A4-B4선 단면도, (e)는 도 2에 나타내는 A5-B5선 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 글로우 플러그의 실시형태의 일례를 나타내는 종단면도이다.

Claims (6)
- 절연 기체와, 그 절연 기체에게 매설된 저항체와, 상기 절연 기체에 매설되고 일단에서 상기 저항체에 접속됨과 아울러 타단에서 상기 절연 기체의 표면에 설치된 단자부로 도출된 리드를 구비하고, 상기 리드는 종단면으로 볼 때 적어도 2개소의 굽힘부를 갖고 있고, 각각의 상기 굽힘부의 횡단면에 있어서의 애스펙트비가 상기 단자부의 애스펙트비보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
각각의 상기 굽힘부의 횡단면에 있어서의 애스펙트비가 상기 단자부측으로부터 상기 저항체측을 향해서 순차적으로 커지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 굽힘부 사이에 있어서의 상기 리드의 횡단면에 있어서의 애스펙트비가 상기 단자부측으로부터 상기 저항체측을 향해서 서서히 커지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 굽힘부의 횡단면이 타원형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 히터. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
모든 상기 굽힘부의 횡단면의 면적이 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 히터. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 히터와, 상기 단자부에 전기적으로 접속됨과 아울러 상기 히터를 유지하는 금속제 유지부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플러그.
