Abstract
(해결 수단) 본 발명은 세라믹스로 이루어지는 절연 기체(1)와, 절연 기체(1)에 매설된 도체 선로(2)를 구비한 히터로서, 도체 선로(2)에는 도체 입자와 세라믹 입자가 포함되어 있고, 도체 선로(2)에 포함되는 세라믹 입자의 평균 입경이 절연 기체(1) 중의 세라믹 입자의 평균 입경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 히터이다.

Claims (5)
- 세라믹스로 이루어지는 절연 기체와, 그 절연 기체에 매설된 도체 선로를 구비하고, 상기 도체 선로에는 도체 입자와 세라믹 입자가 포함되어 있고, 상기 도체 선로에 포함되어 있는 세라믹 입자의 평균 입경이 상기 절연 기체 중의 세라믹 입자의 평균 입경보다 작고, 상기 도체 선로에 포함되어 있는 세라믹 입자의 평균 입경은 상기 절연 기체와의 계면에 근접한 표층부보다 내측 쪽이 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 히터.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 도체 선로에 포함되어 있는 세라믹 입자의 평균 입경은 상기 도체 선로에 포함되어 있는 도체 입자의 평균 입경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 히터. - 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 도체 선로에 Cr이 포함되어 있고, 상기 Cr의 함유량이 산화물 환산으로 1×10-6질량%~1×10-1질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 히터. - 제 1 항에 기재된 히터와, 상기 도체 선로와 전기적으로 접속됨과 아울러 상기 히터를 유지하는 금속제 유지 부재를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 글로우 플러그.
