Description
도 3 및 도 4는 본 발명의 생분해성 몰딩재를 포함하는 코어인쇄층으로 구성된 생분해성 필름의 단면을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (11)
- 지방족 폴리에스테르, 광물성 필러, 식물성 필러, 가소제 및 첨가제를 포함하고,
상기 지방족 폴리에스테르 100중량부에 대해서, 상기 광물성 필러 5~1000중량부 및 상기 식물성 필러 5~200중량부를 포함하고, 상기 광물성 필러는 입경이 5~40㎛이고, 상기 첨가제는 에폭시 그룹을 두개 이상 함유한 화합물을 포함하며, 생분해도가 90%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 몰딩재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 지방족 폴리에스테르는 폴리락트산, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리하이드록시 부틸레이트, 폴리부틸렌숙시네이트 및 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 몰딩재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 광물성 필러는 활석, 탄산칼슘, 실리카 및 산화티탄 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 몰딩재.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 식물성 필러는 옥수수전분, 감자전분, 고구마전분, 밀전분, 타피오카전분, 쌀전분, 나무분말, 목분, 천연셀룰로오스 섬유, 폴리비닐알콜 섬유, 키토산 및 셀룰로오스아세테이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 몰딩재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 지방족 폴리에스테르 100중량부에 대하여, 상기 첨가제 0.1~5중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 몰딩재.

- 제 9항 또는 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄층 상부에 표면처리층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 필름.
