Claims (20)
- 수지 성분으로 함침된 직포, 부직포 또는 스크림을 포함하며 상기 직포, 부직포 또는 스크림은 평량이 20 g/m2 내지 120 g/m2인 섬유강화수지층;상기 섬유강화수지층의 일면에 형성되고, 생분해성 시트를 포함하는 투명층 및 생분해성 시트를 포함하는 인쇄층을 포함하는 표면층; 및상기 섬유강화수지층의 다른 일면에 형성되고, 생분해성 시트를 포함하는 간지층, 생분해성 시트를 포함하는 발포탄성층 및 생분해성 시트를 포함하는 이지층을 포함하거나 생분해성 시트를 포함하는 탄성층을 포함하는 이면층을 포함하며,상기 표면층과 이면층을 구성하는 각각의 생분해성 시트는 폴리락트산 및 가공 조제를 포함하는 수지 조성물의 성형체이고, 가공 조제는 폴리락트산 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5 내지 20 중량부로 포함되며, 극성기 함유 아크릴 수지, 극성기 함유 우레탄 수지 또는 극성기 함유 열가소성 폴리올레핀인 바닥재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 직포, 부직포 또는 스크림은 유리 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 폴리아미드 섬유, 폴리우레탄 섬유, 아크릴 섬유, 폴리올레핀 섬유 및 셀룰로오스 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 바닥재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유강화수지층의 수지 성분은 폴리락트산, 아크릴 수지, 폴리염화비닐, 우레탄 수지, 멜라민 수지, 페놀 수지, 에폭시 수지 및 폴리에스테르 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 바닥재.

- 제 8 항에 있어서, 필러는 폴리락트산 100 중량부에 대하여, 1 중량부 내지 300 중량부로 포함되는 바닥재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수지 조성물은, 발포제, 활제, 가교제 및 자외선 안정제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 추가로 포함하는 바닥재.

- 제 18 항에 있어서, 제 2 단계는, (1) 섬유강화수지층의 일면에 생분해성 시트를 압착하는 단계; (2) 단계 (1)에서 압착된 생분해성 시트의 표면에 패턴을 인쇄하는 단계; 및(3) 단계 (2)에서 패턴이 인쇄된 섬유강화수지층과 생분해성 시트의 적층체의 일면 또는 양면에 생분해성 시트를 추가로 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 바닥재의 제조 방법.
