Claims (8)
- 엔진으로부터 동력이 입력되고 운전자의 시프트 조작에 의해 변속되는 수동 변속 모드를 선택 가능하게 구비한 자동 변속기에 설치되고,상기 엔진의 회전수 상한값을 통상의 상한값보다도 낮은 엔진 리미트 회전수로 제한하는 경우에는, 상기 자동 변속기의 선택 변속단 내지 변속비가 비제한 시보다도 하이측 기어단(변속단) 선택 경향이 되도록 시프트 스케줄을 변경하는 변속 제어 특성 변경 수단을 구비한 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 변속 제어 특성 변경 수단은 상기 시프트 스케줄의 업시프트 변속선을 상기 엔진 리미트 회전수가 작을수록 저차속측으로 변경함으로써 엔진 회전수가 상기 엔진 리미트 회전수 이하일 때에 업시프트를 가능하게 하는 업시프트 변속선 변경 수단과, 상기 시프트 스케줄의 다운시프트 변속선을 상기 엔진 리미트 회전수가 작을수록 저차속측으로 변경함으로써 엔진 회전수가 상기 엔진 리미트 회전수를 초과하는 다운시프트를 금지하는 다운시프트 변속선 변경 수단을 구비하고,상기 수동 변속 모드가 선택되고 또한 상기 제한하는 동안에 상기 자동 변속기는, 상기 업시프트 변속선 변경 수단에 의한 상기 업시프트 변속선의 변경은 행하지 않고, 상기 다운시프트 변속선 변경 수단에 의한 상기 다운시프트 변속선의 변경을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변속 제어 특성 변경 수단은, 엔진 리미트 회전수의 대소에 비례하여 자동 변속기의 시프트 스케줄을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 업시프트 변속선 변경 수단은 소정의 업리미트선보다도 고차속측에서 상기 시프트 스케줄의 업시프트 변속선을 변경하고,상기 다운시프트 변속선 변경 수단은 소정의 다운리미트선보다도 고차속측에서 상기 시프트 스케줄의 다운시프트 변속선을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 엔진으로부터 동력이 입력되고 운전자의 시프트 조작에 의해 변속되는 수동 변속 모드를 선택 가능하게 구비한 자동 변속기에 설치되고,상기 엔진의 회전수 상한값을 통상의 상한값보다도 낮은 엔진 리미트 회전수로 제한하는 경우에는, 상기 자동 변속기의 선택 변속단 내지 변속비가 비제한 시보다도 하이측 기어단(변속단) 선택 경향이 되도록 시프트 스케줄을 변경하는 변속 제어 특성 변경 수단을 구비한 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 변속 제어 특성 변경 수단은 상기 시프트 스케줄의 업시프트 변속선을 상기 엔진 리미트 회전수가 작을수록 저차속측으로 변경함으로써 엔진 회전수가 상기 엔진 리미트 회전수 이하일 때에 업시프트를 가능하게 하는 업시프트 변속선 변경 수단과, 상기 시프트 스케줄의 다운시프트 변속선을 상기 엔진 리미트 회전수가 작을수록 저차속측으로 변경함으로써 엔진 회전수가 상기 엔진 리미트 회전수를 초과하는 다운시프트를 금지하는 다운시프트 변속선 변경 수단을 구비하고,상기 다운시프트 변속선 변경 수단에 의한 다운시프트의 금지 중, 상기 엔진 리미트 회전수가 높아짐으로써, 또는 엔진 회전수 상한값의 제한이 종료됨으로써 다운시프트 변속선을 고차속측으로 변경해야 하는 것이라도, 상기 다운시프트 변속선의 변경에 의해 다운시프트를 행한다고 예측되고, 또한 운전 상태가 변화되어 있지 않은 경우에는 상기 다운시프트 변속선을 그대로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 운전 상태가 상기 고차속측으로 변경해야 할 다운시프트 변속선에 의해 규정되는 변속 영역 외로 변화될 때까지 다운시프트 변속선의 상기 유지를 계속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자동 변속기는 로크업 기구가 구비된 토크 컨버터를 구비하고, 상기 로크업 기구를 체결 내지 해방 제어하는 로크업 기구 제어 수단이 로크업 스케줄을 상기 시프트 스케줄의 변경에 맞추어 저차속측으로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
