Claims (19)
- 선박의 방향타의 방향타 스톡(50) 또는 방향타 트렁크(51)를 장착하기 위한 방향타 베어링(10)의 베어링 요소, 즉 베어링 링(15a, 15b) 또는 베어링 부시(13a, 13b)에 있어서,
방향타 베어링(10)은 레이디얼 베어링(13) 또는 축 베어링(15)으로서 형성되고,
베어링 요소(15a, 15b, 13a, 13b)는 세그먼트 형상으로 형성되고 베어링 요소(15a, 15b, 13a, 13b)를 형성하도록 각각 조합되는 적어도 3개의 분리된 환형 세그먼트(17)를 포함하며,
개별적인 환형 세그먼트(17) 각각은 2개의 추가적인 환형 세그먼트(17)와 접촉하고,
환형 세그먼트(17)는 연결 수단에 의해 분리가능하게 상호 연결되며,
상기 연결 수단은 상기 환형 세그먼트의 적어도 하나의 오목부(176, 186)와 상기 오목부에 삽입될 수 있고 상기 오목부에 대하여 탄성적으로 압축 가능한 대응부(175, 185)를 포함하며,
상기 개별적인 환형 세그먼트는 서로를 향하여 또는 서로에 상대적으로 움직임이 없고,
환형 세그먼트(17)의 하나 이상은 성분 A 및 성분 B를 포함하는 물질로 구성되며,
상기 성분 A는 열가소성 폴리에스테르이고, 상기 성분 B는 탄성 물질이고,
상기 베어링 요소(15a, 15b, 13a, 13b)는 적어도 40 N/㎟의 높은 허용할 수 있는 표면 압력을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 요소(15a, 15b, 13a, 13b)는 5 내지 100개의 다수의 환형 세그먼트(17)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연결 수단은 환형 세그먼트(17) 사이에 비포지티브 연결 또는 포지티브 및 비포지티브 연결을 형성하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연결 수단은 래칭 연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소.

- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 대응부(175) 각각은 환형 세그먼트(17)상에 제공되거나 또는 대응부(185)는 인접한 환형 세그먼트(18)의 적어도 2개의 오목부(186)와의 계합을 위해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 대응부(175, 185)는 적어도 하나의 언더컷을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 환형 세그먼트(17)의 각각은 동일한 수의 오목부(176) 및 대응부(175)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 대응부(175, 185)에는 공동, 오목부 또는 개구가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내측의 아치형 또는 직선형으로 형성되는 엣지(172)와, 외측의 아치형 또는 직선형으로 형성되는 엣지(171)와, 직선형으로 형성되는 2개의 횡방향 엣지(173, 174)를 갖는 환형 세그먼트(17)를 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적어도 하나, 환형 세그먼트(17)의 2개의 횡방향 엣지(173, 174)는 내측 엣지(172)가 외측 엣지(171) 보다 짧은 방식으로 서로에 대해 각도(α)를 이루는 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
베어링 요소(15a, 15b, 13a, 13b)의 하나 이상의 환형 세그먼트(17)는 고형 윤활제를 포함하는 물질을 포함하는 것 및
베어링 요소(15a, 15b, 13a, 13b)의 하나 이상의 환형 세그먼트(17)는 비금속 물질로 구성되는 것 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소. - 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 환형 세그먼트(17)의 하나 이상은 적어도 70%의 성분 A로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2개의 환형 세그먼트(17)가 서로 인접한 경계 영역에서 오목부(177)는 인접한 환형 세그먼트(17)의 한쪽 또는 양쪽에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 요소.
- 선박의 방향타의 방향타 스톡(50) 또는 방향타 트렁크(51)를 장착하기 위한 방향타 베어링(10)에 있어서,
방향타 베어링(10)은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 베어링 요소(15a, 15b, 13a, 13b)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향타 베어링. - 제16항에 있어서, 방향타 베어링(10)의 축 베어링(15) 및 방향타 베어링(10)의 레이디얼 베어링(13)의 적어도 하나는 베어링 요소(15a, 15b, 13a, 13b)를 포함하며, 상기 축 베어링(15) 및 레이디얼 베어링(13)중 적어도 하나는 자체윤활 베어링으로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향타 베어링.
