Claims (17)
1. Element ležaja, odnosno prsten ležaja (15a, 15b) ili čahura ležaja (13a, 13b), za ležaj za kormilo (10) za montiranje struka kormila (50) ili pregratka kormila (51) za kormilo plovila, pri čemu je ležaj za kormilo (10) konfiguriran kao radijalni ležaj (13) ili kao aksijalni ležaj (15), naznačen time da je element ležaja (15a, 15b, 13a, 13b) konfiguriran tako da je segmentiran, te sadrži najmanje tri odvojena prstenasta segmenta (17), koji su svaki kombinirani tako da oblikuju homogeni, inherentno fiksan element ležaja (15a, 15b, 13a, 13b), pri čemu se pojedinačni prstenasti segmenti (17) svaki naslanjaju na dva dodatna prstenasta segmenta (17), te pri čemu su prstenasti segmenti (17) međusobno povezani sredstvima za spajanje.
2. Element ležaja prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da element ležaja (15a, 15b, 13a, 13b) sadrži mnoštvo prstenastih segmenata (17), naročito 5 do 100 segmenata, poželjno 10 do 65 segmenata, naročito poželjno 15 do 40 segmenata.
3. Element ležaja prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da su sredstva za spajanje konfigurirana da proizvode pozitivnu i/ili ne-pozitivnu vezu između prstenastih segmenata (17), pri čemu poželjno sredstva za spajanje sadrže elastična sredstva za ostvarivanje ne-pozitivne veze.
4. Element ležaja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sredstva za spajanje sadrže zaporni spoj, naročito koji sadrži udubljenje (186) i odgovarajući suprotni dio (185).
5. Element ležaja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da sredstva za spajanje sadrže udubljenja (176, 186) u prstenastim segmentima (17) i odgovarajućim suprotnim dijelovima (175, 185) koji se u udubljenje (176, 186) mogu umetnuti pozitivno ili ne-pozitivno.
6. Element ležaja prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time da su odgovarajući suprotni dijelovi (175) svaki predviđeni na prstenastom segmentu (17) ili da su odgovarajući suprotni dijelovi (185) konfigurirani za uključivanje u najmanje dva udubljenja (176) susjednih prstenastih segmenata (17).
7. Element ležaja prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da odgovarajući suprotni dijelovi (175, 185) imaju najmanje jedan podrezani dio (1753), pri čemu odgovarajući suprotni dijelovi (175, 185) poželjno imaju završno područje u obliku lastavičjeg repa.
8. Element ležaja prema zahtjevu 6 ili 7, naznačen time da svaki prstenasti segment (17) ima isti broj, naročito dva, udubljenja (176) i odgovarajuće suprotne dijelove (175), pri čemu su udubljenja (176) i odgovarajući suprotni dijelovi (175) za jedan prstenasti segment (17) poželjno postavljeni jedan nasuprot drugom.
9. Element ležaja prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 6 do 8, naznačen time da je u suprotnom dijelu (175, 185) predviđena šupljina, udubljenje ili otvor.
10. Element ležaja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da su prstenasti segmenti (17) izvedeni s unutrašnjim rubom (172) koji se pruža u obliku luka ili pravocrtno, vanjskim rubom (171) koji se pruža u obliku luka ili pravocrtno, te dva bočna ruba (173, 174), koji se pružaju uglavnom pravocrtno.
11. Element ležaja prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time da se dva bočna ruba (173, 174) od najmanje jednog, a poželjno za nekoliko, prstenastih segmenata (17) pružaju pod kutom (α) jedan prema drugome, naročito na takav način da je unutrašnji rub (172) kraći od vanjskog ruba (171), pri čemu se poželjno jedan od bočnih rubova (173, 174) pruža približno pod pravim kutom prema unutrašnjem i prema vanjskom rubu (171, 172).
12. Element ležaja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da jedan ili nekoliko, a poželjno svi, prstenasti segmenti (17) elementa ležaja (15a, 15b, 13a, 13b) sadrže materijal koji sadrži kruto mazivo i/ili
jedan ili nekoliko, a poželjno svi, prstenasti segmenti (17) elementa ležaja (15a, 15b, 13a, 13b) sadrže nemetalni materijal koji poželjno ima elastična svojstva, naročito plastiku, te se poželjno sastoji u potpunosti od nemetalnog materijala.
13. Element ležaja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da element ležaja (15a, 15b, 13a, 13b) ima visoki dopušteni površinski pritisak, naročito od najmanje 40 N/mm2, poželjno najmanje 75 N/mm2, naročito poželjno od najmanje 90 N/mm2.
14. Element ležaja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da jedan ili više, a poželjno svi, prstenasti segmenti (17) sadrže materijal koji sadrži komponentu A i komponentu B, pri čemu je komponenta A termoplastični poliester, a komponenta B je naročito elastični materijal, poželjno elastomer, pri čemu materijal poželjno sadrži najmanje 70%, naročito poželjno najmanje 85% komponente A.
15. Element ležaja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je u graničnom području u kojem dva prstenasta segmenta (17) naliježu jedan na drugi, predviđeno udubljenje (177) u jednom ili oba prstenasta segmenta (17) koji naliježu jedan na drugi.
16. Ležaj za kormilo (10), naročito ležaj nosača gornjeg kormila (10), za montiranje struka kormila (50) ili pregratka kormila (51) za kormilo plovila, naročito za brod, naznačen time da ležaj za kormilo (10) ima element ležaja (15a, 15b, 13a, 13b) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva.
17. Ležaj za kormilo prema zahtjevu 16, naznačen time da aksijalni ležaj (15) ležaja za kormilo (10) i/ili radijalni ležaj (13) ležaja za kormilo (10) sadrži element ležaja (15a, 15b, 13a, 13b), pri čemu je naročito aksijalni ležaj (15) i/ili radijalni ležaj (13) konfiguriran kao samopodmazujući ležaj.
