Abstract
본 발명은 식 (I)의 5-HT6 수용체 리간드인 신규한 술폰 화합물, 및 그의 유도체, 프로드러그, 토토머, 입체이성질체, 다형체, 용매화물, 수화물, 대사산물, N-산화물, 약학적으로 허용가능한 염 및 이들을 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 상기 신규한 화합물, 및 그의 유도체, 프로드러그, 토토머, 입체이성질체, 다형체, 용매화물, 수화물, 대사산물, N-옥시드, 약학적으로 허용가능한 염 및 이들을 함유하는 조성물의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이들 화합물은 5-HT6 수용체 기능에 관련된 다양한 장애의 치료/예방에 유용하다.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,
N-[2-메틸-5-(6-클로로-1H-인돌-3-일 술포닐)페닐]-N-(1-메틸 피페리딘-4-일)아민;
N-[2-메틸-5-(6-클로로-1H-인돌-3-일 술포닐)페닐]-N-(1-메틸 피페리딘-4-일)아민 타르타레이트(tartarate);
N-(1-메틸 피페리딘-4-일)-N-[3-(5-메톡시-1H-인돌-3-일 술포닐)페닐]아민;
N-(1-메틸 피페리딘-4-일)-N-[3-(6-클로로-1H-인돌-3-일 술포닐)페닐]아민 히드로클로리드;
N-(1-메틸 피페리딘-4-일)-N-[3-(5-플루오로-1H-인돌-3-일 술포닐)페닐]아민 히드로클로리드;
N-(1-메틸 피페리딘-4-일)-N-[2-메틸-5-(5-메톡시-1H-인돌-3-일 술포닐)페닐]아민 타르트레이트(tartrate);
N-(1-메틸 피페리딘-4-일)-N-[2-클로로-5-(6-클로로-1H-인돌-3-일 술포닐)페닐]아민 히드로클로리드;

N-(1-메틸 피페리딘-4-일)-N-[2-클로로-5-(6-클로로-1H-인돌-3-일 술포닐)페닐]아민;
N-(피페리딘-4-일)-N-[2-메톡시-5-(6-클로로-1H-인돌-3-일 술포닐)페닐]아민; 및
N-(1-메틸 피페리딘-4-일)-N-[2-메톡시-5-(6-클로로-1H-인돌-3-일 술포닐) 페닐]아민; 및 이들의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 화합물. - 청구항 1에 따른 화합물의 치료적 유효량을 포함하는 알츠하이머, 우울증, 인지성 기억 장애, 정신분열증 및 경도 인지 장애로 구성된 군에서 선택된 임상적 상태 치료용 약학 조성물.
