Claims (118)
- 3 마이크론 또는 그 미만의 평균 입자 크기를 지니는 하나 이상의 코팅된 충전제와 하나 이상의 폴리머 수지를 포함하는 스펀레이드 섬유(spunlaid fiber)로서, 하나 이상의 코팅된 충전제가 코팅된 칼슘 카보네이트이고, 스펀레이드 섬유 전체 중량에 대해서 40중량% 미만의 양으로 섬유에 존재하는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 칼슘 카보네이트의 코팅물이 지방산 및 이의 염 및 에스테르로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 유기 물질인 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 유기 물질이 스테아르산, 스테아레이트, 암모늄 스테아레이트, 및 칼슘 스테아레이트로부터 선택되는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 폴리머 수지가 열가소성 폴리머로부터 선택되는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리머가 폴리올레핀, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 및 이들의 코폴리머 및 이들의 배합물중 하나 이상으로부터 선택되는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 칼슘 카보네이트가 2 마이크론 또는 그 미만의 평균 입자 크기를 지니는 스펀레이드 섬유.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 칼슘 카보네이트가 0.5 마이크론 또는 그 미만의 평균 입자 크기를 지니는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 칼슘 카보네이트가 스펀레이드 섬유의 평균 직경의 100% 또는 그 미만의 평균 입자 크기를 지니는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 칼슘 카보네이트가 1 마이크론 내지 3 마이크론 범위의 평균 입자 크기를 지니는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 칼슘 카보네이트가 1 마이크론 내지 2 마이크론 범위의 평균 입자 크기를 지니는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 칼슘 카보네이트가 0.5 마이크론 내지 1.5 마이크론 범위의 평균 입자 크기를 지니는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 칼슘 카보네이트가 15 마이크론 미만의 탑컷(top cut) 입자 크기를 지니는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 칼슘 카보네이트가 4 마이크론 내지 10 마이크론 범위의 탑컷 입자 크기를 지니는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 칼슘 카보네이트가 4 마이크론 내지 6 마이크론 범위의 탑컷 입자 크기를 지니는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, -10 내지 -100 볼트의 전하 밀도를 지니는 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전하 밀도가 -20 내지 -70 볼트인 스펀레이드 섬유.
- 제 1항의 하나 이상의 스펀레이드 섬유를 포함하는 부직포 직물.
- 15 마이크론 미만의 탑컷 입자 크기를 지니는 코팅된 칼슘 카보네이트와 하나 이상의 폴리머 수지를 포함하는 스펀레이드 섬유로서, 코팅된 칼슘 카보네이트가 스펀레이드 섬유의 전체 중량에 대해서 40중량% 미만의 양으로 섬유에 존재하는 스펀레이드 섬유.
