Claims (18)
- 투과 영역과 차단 영역을 포함하는 다수개의 화소가 매트릭스 형태로 배치되는 기판;상기 화소마다 구비되는 박막 트랜지스터;상기 박막 트랜지스터와 접속하는 게이트 라인 및 데이터 라인;상기 박막 트랜지스터와 접속하며 일정하게 이격되어 형성되는 다수개의 선형 화소 전극을 포함하는 화소 전극 패턴;상기 투과 영역에서 상기 화소 전극 패턴 내에 평면상에서 커버되도록 형성되는 스토리지 패턴을 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터 기판;상기 다수개의 선형 화소 전극과 엇갈리게 형성되는 공통 전극 패턴을 포함하는 대향 기판; 및상기 박막 트랜지스터 기판 및 상기 대향 기판 사이에 형성되는 액정을 포함하고,상기 화소 전극 패턴은상기 투과 영역의 중앙에 형성되며 상기 게이트 라인과 평행하게 형성되는 중앙부;상기 차단 영역에 데이터 라인과 평행하게 형성되며 상기 다수개의 선형 화소 전극을 연결하는 제 1 및 제 2 전극 연결부; 및상기 제 1 전극 연결부와 상기 중앙부 교차부에 삼각형 형태로 형성되는 중앙 전극을 포함하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스토리지 패턴은상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극 연결부와 대응되는 위치에 형성되는 제 1 및 제 2 스토리지 전극; 및상기 제 1 스토리지 전극과 상기 제 2 스토리지 전극을 연결하고 상기 투과 영역의 중앙에 형성되며 상기 중앙부 내에 형성되는 스토리지 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스토리지 패턴은상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극 연결부와 대응되는 위치에 형성되는 제 1 및 제 2 스토리지 전극;상기 제 1 스토리지 전극과 상기 제 2 스토리지 전극을 연결하며 상기 중앙부와 대응되는 위치에 형성되는 스토리지 라인; 및상기 제 1 스토리지 라인과 상기 스토리지 연결부의 교차부에 형성되는 중앙 스토리지 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 중앙 스토리지 전극은 상기 중앙 전극 보다 4㎛ 이상 안쪽으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 중앙 스토리지 전극은 삼각형 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 중앙 스토리지 전극은 사각형 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 3항 및 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 스토리지 전극은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극 연결부와 동일한 폭으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 3항 및 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 스토리지 전극의 폭은 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극 연결부의 폭보다 넓게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다수개의 선형 화소 전극은 상기 중앙부를 사이에 두고 사선형으로 형성되는 제 1 및 제 2 선형 화소 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극 패턴은 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 중첩되게 형성되며 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극 연결부와 접속하는 텍스쳐(texture) 방지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 텍스쳐 방지부는 전체적으로 삼각형 형태로 형성되고 상기 텍스쳐 방지부의 일변은 상기 제 2 선형 화소 전극과 평행하며, 상기 텍스쳐 방지부의 타변은 상기 게이트 라인과 평행하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 텍스쳐 방지부는 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스토리지 패턴은 상기 게이트 라인과 동일한 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스토리지 패턴은 상기 게이트 라인과 동일한 평면상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극 패턴은 투명 도전 물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 4항 및 제 5항에 있어서,상기 박막 트랜지스터 기판은상기 게이트 라인 상에 형성되는 게이트 절연막; 및상기 게이트 절연막과 박막 트랜지스터 상에 형성되는 보호막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 대향 기판은 투과 영역과 차단 영역을 포함하며,상기 차단 영역에 형성되는 블랙매트릭스; 및상기 투과 영역에 형성되는 컬러 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 패널.
