Claims (10)
- 스캔 신호에 응답하여 구동하는 제1스위칭 트랜지스터와, 상기 제1스위칭 트랜지스터가 구동함에 따라 데이터 신호를 공급받아 상기 데이터 신호를 데이터 전압으로 저장하는 커패시터와, 상기 커패시터에 저장된 상기 데이터 전압에 대응하여 구동하는 구동 트랜지스터와, 상기 구동 트랜지스터가 구동함에 따라 전원을 공급받아 발광하는 유기 발광다이오드와, 제어 신호에 응답하여 상기 구동 트랜지스터를 다이오드 커넥션하는 제2스위칭 트랜지스터를 포함하는 다수의 서브 픽셀이 배치된 표시부;상기 스캔 신호 및 상기 제어 신호를 공급하는 스캔 구동부; 및상기 데이터 신호를 공급하는 데이터 구동부를 포함하되,상기 스캔 구동부는 상기 유기 발광다이오드가 발광하지 않는 블랭크 타임 내에 상기 구동 트랜지스터를 다이오드 연결하여 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 문턱전압을 설정하도록 상기 제2스위칭 트랜지스터에 상기 제어 신호를 공급하고,상기 구동 트랜지스터의 타단에 연결된 제2전원 배선에 공급되는 전압은 상기 블랭크 타임 내에서 전원전압 레벨부터 접지전압 레벨까지 스위칭하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 블랭크 타임은,외부로부터 상기 스캔 구동부에 공급되는 수직 동기 신호의 프론트 포치와 수직 동기 신호의 폭과 수직 동기 신호의 백 포치를 합한 폭에 대응하는 유기전계 발광표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 서브 픽셀은,상기 스캔 신호가 공급되는 스캔 배선에 게이트가 연결되고 상기 데이터 신호가 공급되는 데이터 배선에 일단이 연결된 상기 제1스위칭 트랜지스터와, 상기 제1스위칭 트랜지스터의 타단에 일단이 연결되고 제1노드에 타단이 연결된 상기 커패시터와, 상기 제어 신호가 공급되는 신호배선에 게이트가 연결되고 상기 제1노드에 일단이 연결되며 제2노드에 타단이 연결된 상기 제2스위칭 트랜지스터와, 제1전원 배선에 제1전극이 연결되고 상기 제2노드에 제2전극이 연결된 상기 유기 발광다이오드와, 상기 제1노드에 게이트가 연결되고 상기 제2노드에 일단이 연결되며 상기 제2전원 배선에 타단이 연결된 상기 구동 트랜지스터를 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제2스위칭 트랜지스터가 턴온되기 전에 상기 제2노드에 걸린 전압은,상기 접지전압에서 상기 전원전압 레벨로 일정시간 스위칭하게 되는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제2스위칭 트랜지스터가 턴온되어 상기 구동 트랜지스터가 다이오드 연결된 구간에 상기 제1노드에 걸린 전압은,상기 제2전원 배선에 공급된 전압이 상기 전원전압에서 상기 접지전압으로 스위칭하게 됨에 따라 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 상기 문턱전압으로 샘플링되는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 서브 픽셀에 포함된 트랜지스터들은,N-Type 트랜지스터인 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1스위칭 트랜지스터와, 상기 제1스위칭 트랜지스터가 구동함에 따라 데이터 신호를 공급받아 상기 데이터 신호를 데이터 전압으로 저장하는 커패시터와, 상기 커패시터에 저장된 상기 데이터 전압에 대응하여 구동하는 구동 트랜지스터와, 상기 구동 트랜지스터가 구동함에 따라 전원을 공급받아 발광하는 유기 발광다이오드와, 제어 신호에 응답하여 상기 구동 트랜지스터를 다이오드 커넥션하는 제2스위칭 트랜지스터를 포함하는 다수의 서브 픽셀이 배치된 표시부를 갖는 유기전계발광표시장치의 구동방법에 있어서,상기 유기 발광다이오드가 발광하지 않는 블랭크 타임 내에 상기 제2스위칭 트랜지스터를 턴온하여 상기 구동 트랜지스터를 다이오드 연결하고 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 문턱전압을 설정하는 단계; 및상기 제1스위칭 트랜지스터를 턴온하고 상기 커패시터에 상기 문턱전압과 데이터 신호를 합한 만큼의 데이터 전압을 저장하며 상기 커패시터에 저장된 상기 데이터 전압에 대응하여 구동하는 상기 구동 트랜지스터를 이용하여 상기 유기 발광다이오드를 발광시키는 단계를 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치의 구동방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 블랭크 타임은,수직 동기 신호의 프론트 포치와 수직 동기 신호의 폭과 수직 동기 신호의 백 포치를 합한 폭에 대응하는 유기전계발광표시장치의 구동방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 구동 트랜지스터의 타단에 연결된 제2전원 배선에 공급되는 전압은 상기 블랭크 타임 내에서 전원전압 레벨부터 접지전압 레벨까지 스위칭하는 유기전계발광표시장치의 구동방법.
