Claims (32)
- 흡수 코어를 포함하는 흡수 용품으로서,상기 흡수 코어는 초흡수성 중합체 및 표면 첨가제를 포함하는 초흡수성 중합체 조성물을 포함하며,여기서 상기 초흡수성 중합체는 중화도가 25% 초과이고;a) 초흡수성 중합체를 기준으로 55 중량% 내지 99.9 중량%의 중합성 불포화 산기 함유 단량체; 및b) 중합성 불포화 산기 함유 단량체를 기준으로 0.001 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 내부 가교제를 포함하고,(여기서, 성분 a) 및 성분 b)는 중합되어 초흡수성 중합체 입자로 제조됨)상기 표면 첨가제는i) 초흡수성 중합체 조성물을 기준으로 0.001 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 표면 가교제;ii) 초흡수성 중합체 조성물을 기준으로 0.01 중량% 내지 2 중량%의, 알루미늄 포스페이트 및 불용성 금속 보레이트로부터 선택되는 수불용성 무기 금속 화합물; 및iii) 초흡수성 중합체 조성물을 기준으로 0.001 중량% 내지 5 중량%의 중합체 코팅을 포함하는 것인 흡수 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합성 불포화 산기 함유 단량체의 50 중량% 이상의 산기가 카르복실기를 포함하고,산기가 50 몰% 이상으로 중화된 것이고,내부 가교제가 중합성 불포화 산기 함유 단량체의 총 양을 기준으로 0.2 중량% 내지 3 중량%인 흡수 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 코팅이 초흡수성 중합체 조성물을 기준으로 0.01 중량% 내지 0.5 중량%인 흡수 용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 코팅이 폴리비닐아민인 흡수 용품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초흡수성 중합체 조성물이 열처리된 것인 흡수 용품.

- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 금속 화합물 입자의 질량 중앙 입자 크기가 2 ㎛ 미만인 흡수 용품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수불용성 무기 금속 화합물이 현탁 형태 또는 건조 형태로 초흡수성 중합체 입자 표면에 적용된 흡수 용품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초흡수성 중합체 조성물의 40 중량% 이상의 입자 크기가 300 ㎛ 내지 600 ㎛인 흡수 용품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탑시트 및 백시트를 추가로 포함하고, 흡수 코어가 탑시트와 백시트 사이에 배치되는 흡수 용품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 탑시트, 백시트 및 흡수 코어 중 하나 이상이 신장성인 흡수 용품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수 코어가 30 중량% 이상의 초흡수성 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 흡수 용품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수 코어가 60 중량% 내지 95 중량%의 초흡수성 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 흡수 용품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수 코어가 추가로 플러프(fluff) 및/또는 계면활성제를 포함하는 흡수 용품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수 코어가 층들을 포함하고, 층들 중 하나 이상이 초흡수성 중합체 조성물만을 포함하고, 층들 중 하나 이상이 플러프만을 포함하는 흡수 용품.
