Claims (16)
- 하기 (A) 내지 (D)를 함유하고, 높이 20cm에서의 고정된 높이 흡수 값(FHA)이 20g/g 이상이며, 하기 식 2로 규정되는 표면 소수 지수가 0 내지 10의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 재료.
(A) 카르복실기를 갖는 흡수성 수지 입자
(B) 탄소수가 10 이하인 공유 결합성 표면 가교제
(C) 하기 식 1로 규정되는 LogP가 1.0 이상인 수용성 또는 물에 분산 가능한 중합체 0.001 내지 0.2질량%
(D) 0.001 내지 1질량%의 수용성 다가 양이온
(식 1 중, VMLogP(i)는 중합체 반복 단위(i)의 양단을 메틸화한 가상 단량체 단위(Virtual Monomer(VM))의 25℃에서의 "n-옥탄올-물 분배계수"의 계산 값이며, MR(i)는 반복 단위(i)의 "몰 비율(Mol Ratio(MR)")임)
(식 2 중, MSLogP(i)는 상기 수용성 또는 물에 분산 가능한 중합체를 구성하는 각 단량체의 LogP에 해당 단량체의 몰 분율을 곱한 값의 적산값임(MSLogP(i)=LogP(i)×MR(i))) - 제1항에 있어서, 4.83kPa 하에서의 가압하 흡수 배율이 20g/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.0001 내지 0.02질량%의 계면 활성제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 또는 물에 분산 가능한 중합체의 양이온가가 0.5mmol 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 소수 지수가 0.1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 또는 물에 분산 가능한 중합체는 알킬 에스테르기, 알킬 에테르기 및 벤젠환으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 또는 물에 분산 가능한 중합체의 질량 평균 분자량이 5000 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 또는 물에 분산 가능한 중합체는, 카르복실기와의 반응성 관능기를 형성하는 단량체를 5mol% 이상 함유하는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 또는 물에 분산 가능한 중합체를 구성하는 단량체가 비닐 에스테르, 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타크릴산 에스테르 및 스티렌으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 재료.
- 하기 (A) 내지 (D)를 함유하는 흡수성 수지 재료의 제조 방법이며,
(A)의 표면에 적어도 (B) 및 (C)가 공존하는 상태에서, (A)를 100℃ 이상으로 가열하는 공정을 포함하고, 하기 식 2로 규정되는 표면 소수 지수를 0 내지 10의 범위로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 재료의 제조 방법.
(A) 카르복실기를 갖는 흡수성 수지 입자
(B) 탄소수가 10 이하인 공유 결합성 표면 가교제
(C) 하기 식 1로 규정되는 LogP가 1.0 이상인 수용성 또는 물에 분산 가능한 중합체 0.001 내지 0.2질량%
(D) 0.001 내지 1질량%의 수용성 다가 양이온

- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 공유 결합성 표면 가교제 및 상기 수용성 또는 물에 분산 가능한 중합체의 첨가가, 해당 양쪽 성분을 포함하는 혼합 용액을 첨가하는 공정에 의해 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 또는 물에 분산 가능한 중합체의 첨가가, 0.0001 내지 0.02질량%의 계면 활성제를 포함하는 수용액을 첨가하는 공정에 의해 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 흡수성 수지 재료를 포함하는 위생 재료.
