Description
Claims (17)
- 복수의 제 1 섬유 및 복수의 제 2 섬유를 포함하는 주름잡을 수 있는 부직 재료(pleatable nonwoven material)로서,상기 복수의 제 1 섬유는 지지성이면서 부직 재료의 형태를 안정화시키며,상기 복수의 제 2 섬유는 부직 재료의 필터 효과를 결정하며,상기 제 1 섬유는 상기 제 2 섬유보다 두꺼우며,상기 제 2 섬유들은 부직 재료의 표면에 평행한 방향을 따라서 상기 제 1 섬유들 간에 균일하게 삽입되며,상기 제 2 섬유들은 부직 재료의 단면의 중심 영역에 또는 부직 재료의 단면의 2 개 외측 중 하나에 최고의 분포 농도를 가지도록 부직 재료의 표면에 수직인 방향으로 상기 제 2 섬유들의 분포 밀도 구배(distribution-density gradient)가 형성되어 있으며,상기 제 1 섬유들 및 제 2 섬유들은 용융된 상태에서 고체화되어서 서로 함께 결합되며 서로 동일한 재료로 구성되는,주름잡을 수 있는 부직 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 섬유의 직경은 2 ㎛ 보다 크며,상기 제 2 섬유의 직경은 1000 nm 보다 작은,주름잡을 수 있는 부직 재료.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 섬유의 직경이 2 내지 200 ㎛인,주름잡을 수 있는 부직 재료.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 섬유의 직경이 50nm 내지 1000 nm인,주름잡을 수 있는 부직 재료
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 섬유와 제 2 섬유는 폴리아미드, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에스테르 또는 이의 혼합물로 구성되는,주름잡을 수 있는 부직 재료.
- 제 1 항에 따른 주름잡을 수 있는 부직 재료의 제조 방법으로서,중합체가 용융되며 방사 빔(spinning beam)의 방사 구금(spinneret)을 통해서 가압되어 중합체 실들이 형성되며,상기 중합체 실들이 컨베이어 벨트 상에 놓이면서 부직층이 형성되며,직경이 서로 상이한 방사 구금들(2)이 사용되고,단일 공정 단계에서 복수의 제 1 중합체 실(8) 및 복수의 제 2 중합체 실(9)이 동시에 형성되어서 상기 컨베이어 벨트 상에 놓이며,상기 제 1 중합체 실은 상기 제 2 제 중합체 실보다 두꺼우며,상기 제 2 중합체 실에 대한 방사 구금의 직경은 0.2 mm 보다 작고,상기 제 1 중합체 실에 대한 방사 구금의 직경은 0.2 mm 보다 크고,상기 용융된 중합체의 용융 유동 지수(melt flow index)가 500보다 작은,주름잡을 수 있는 부직 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,서로에 대해 비스듬히 배치된 적어도 2개 이상의 방사 빔(1)이 사용되고,상기 각 방사 빔(1)의 방사 구금(2)에서 배출되는 중합체 실들(9)은 상기 컨베이어 벨트와 접촉하기 전에 서로 엉키고 얽히는,주름잡을 수 있는 부직 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,2 개의 방사 빔이 사용되고,상기 2 개의 방사 빔 중 하나는 상기 제 1 중합체 실에 대한 것이며 나머지 하나는 상기 제 2 중합체 실에 대한 것인,주름잡을 수 있는 부직 재료의 제조 방법.

- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 방사 빔에 500 mbar의 압력을 갖는 공기가 공급되는,주름잡을 수 있는 부직 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항, 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 수행하기 위한 부직 재료 제조 장치로서,제 1 방사 구금을 포함하는 제 1 방사 빔과,상기 제 1 방사 빔에 인접하여 배치되되 제 2 방사 구금을 포함하는 제 2 방사 빔과,상기 제 1 방사 구금 및 제 2 방사 구금에서 배출되는 중합체 실들을 놓기 위한 컨베이어 벨트를 포함하며,상기 제 1 방사 빔 및 제 2 방사 빔은 상기 제 1 방사 구금 및 제 2 방사 구금에서 배출되는 중합체 실들이 상기 컨베이어 벨트(7)와 접촉하기 전에 서로 엉키도록 서로를 향해서 배치되며,상기 제 1 방사 구금의 직경은 상기 제 2 방사 구금의 직경보다 크며,상기 제 1 방사 구금의 직경은 0.2 mm보다 크며,상기 제 2 방사 구금의 직경은 0.2 mm보다 작은,부직 재료 제조 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 방사 빔 및 제 2 방사 빔은 서로에 대해 비스듬히 배치되는,부직 재료 제조 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,500 mbar의 압력을 갖는 공기 스트림을 형성하기 위해 상기 제 1 방사 구금 및 제 2 방사 구금의 출구에 각기 팬(fan)이 배치되는,부직 재료 제조 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 방사 구금 및 제 2 방사 구금은 레이저 드릴링에 의해서 형성되는,부직 재료 제조 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 중합체 실에 대한 방사 구금의 직경은 0.15 mm 보다 작고,상기 제 1 중합체 실에 대한 방사 구금의 직경은 0.3 mm 내지 0.4 mm인,주름잡을 수 있는 부직 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 방사 구금의 직경은 0.3 mm 내지 0.4 mm이며,상기 제 2 방사 구금의 직경은 0.15 mm보다 작은,부직 재료 제조 장치.
