Claims (9)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 벤조옥사진계 모노머, 촉매 및 결합제를 포함하는 촉매층을 갖고, 화학식 1의 벤조옥사진계 모노머는 인산 젖음성을 향상시키는 물질로서, 그 함량은 촉매 1 중량부에 대하여 0.001 내지 0.5 중량부인 연료전지용 전극.[화학식 1]상기식중, R1은 수소, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20 알킬기이고,R2는 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C20 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C7-C20 아릴알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴알킬기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로고리알킬기이다.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 백금(Pt) 단독 또는 금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄, 주석, 몰리브데늄, 코발트, 크롬으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 일종 이상의 금속과 백금의 합금 혹은 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 폴리(비닐리덴플루오라이드), 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로에틸렌 공중합체 및 퍼플루오로에틸렌로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 촉매 1 중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.001 내지 0.5 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전극.
- 용매에 촉매를 분산하여 분산액을 얻는 단계;상기 분산액에 화학식 1로 표시되는 벤조옥사진계 모노머와 결합제와 용매를 포함하는 혼합물을 부가 및 혼합하여 교반하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 카본 지지체 표면에 코팅하는 단계를 포함하여,제1항의 연료전지용 전극을 얻는 연료전지용 전극의 제조방법.[화학식 1]상기식중, R1은 수소, 치환 또는 비치환된 C1-C20 알킬기이고,R2는 치환 또는 비치환된 C6-C20 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C7-C20 아릴알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 C2-C20 헤테로아릴알킬기이다.
- 제1항 내지 제3항, 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 연료전지용 전극을 포함하는 연료전지.
