Claims (22)
- 마이크로-화상을 확대하고 다수의 개별 렌즈 및 아이콘 화상 시스템의 통합된 성능을 통해서 합성 확대된 화상을 형성하기 위해서 비원통형 렌즈의 규칙적인 2차원 어레이를 사용하는 필름 재료이며,
마이크로-화상은 미세구조 내의 보이드로부터 형성되고,
미세구조 내의 보이드는 증발된 금속 재료나 염색 또는 착색 재료와 같이, 렌즈 및 미세구조의 재료와는 다른 재료로 충진 또는 코팅되는
필름 재료. - 제1항에 있어서,
필름 재료의 전체 두께는 0 초과 50 미크론 미만이거나,
렌즈는 50 미크론 미만의 직경을 갖는
필름 재료. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
마이크로-화상은 보이드와 조합하여 미세구조 내의 중실 영역으로부터 형성되거나, 미세구조 내의 보이드는 증발된 금속 재료 또는 염색 또는 착색 재료와 같이, 렌즈 및 미세구조의 재료와는 다른 재료로 충진되거나 코팅되는

모든 전방위 관찰 위치로부터 그리고 수직 고도로부터 통상 45도 미만인 얕은 앙각에 이르는 광범위한 고도 위치에 걸쳐서 보일 수 있는
필름 재료. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
합성 확대된 화상은 무색이거나 유색이거나,
합성 확대된 화상 둘레의 배경은 투명성, 반투명성, 착색성, 금속화, 형광성, 인광성, 디스플레이 광학 가변 색상이거나, 역반사성인
필름 재료. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
광학 스페이서가 렌즈와 마이크로-화상 사이에 형성되고, 광학 스페이서는 렌즈 재료와 접촉할 수 있거나 별도의 기판일 수 있거나,
마이크로-화상은 선택적으로 폴리머 재료로 이루어지는 밀봉 층에 의해 보호되고, 선택적으로 밀봉 층은 투명, 반투명, 착색, 색소성, 불투명, 금속성, 자성, 가변성 또는 이들의 임의의 조합이며, 광학 효과, 전기 전도성 또는 전기 용량 또는 자기장 검출에 의존하는, 자동 화폐 인증, 검증, 트랙킹, 카운팅, 및 검출 시스템의 서포트를 포함하는, 보안 및 인증 목적을 위한 광학 효과 또는 추가 기능을 제공하는

렌즈는 원형, 육각형, 라운딩처리된 육각형, 라운딩처리된 사각형, 사각형, 라운딩처리된 삼각형 또는 삼각형인 기본 형상을 갖는
필름 재료. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
렌즈들 사이에 격자간 공간을 갖고, 격자간 공간은 화상의 합성 확대에 기여하지 않으며, 선택적으로 렌즈들 사이의 격자간 공간은 5 미크론 이하인
필름 재료. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
필름 재료는 프린트된 정보와 화상 양자가 서로에 대한 공간적 또는 동적 모션 관계에서 동시에 보이도록 프린트된 정보 위에 도포되거나,
렌즈는 40 미크론 미만의 초점 길이를 갖거나,
합성 확대된 화상 및 이를 둘러싸는 배경은 무색이거나 유색이고, 화상 및 이를 둘러싸는 배경 중 어느 하나 또는 양자는 투명성, 반투명성, 착색성, 형광성, 인광성, 디스플레이 광학 가변 색상, 금속화, 또는 역반사성일 수 있거나,
필름 재료는 필름 재료의, 최상위 렌즈 표면과 같은, 최상위 표면에 도포된 프린트를 갖는 바와 같이, 오버프린트되거나,
렌즈는 4 미만의 F#을 갖거나,
렌즈와 마이크로-화상은 아크릴, 아크릴레이티드 폴리에스테르, 아크릴레이티드 우레탄, 폴리프로필렌, 에폭시, 우레탄 또는 폴리에스테르로 형성되거나,
필름 재료는 종이에 적층되거나 은선 또는 패치로서 제공되는
필름 재료. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 마이크로-화상은 기재에 매립되는 염료로 형성되고,
또는
마이크로-화상은 계조 또는 색조 합성 확대된 화상을 제공하는 계조 또는 색조 패턴을 갖고,
투명 미세구조 마이크로-화상 층이 제공되고, 마이크로-화상은 염색 또는 착색된 재료로 충진되는 얕은부조(bas-relief) 표면으로서 형성되고, 마이크로-화상의 얕은부조 미세 구조는 염색 또는 착색된 충진 재료에서 마이크로-화상의 광학 밀도에 변화를 생성하는 두께 변화를 제공하고 마이크로-화상 층의 하면은 투명, 착색, 채색, 염색, 유색처리되거나 또는 불투명할 수 있는 밀봉 층에 의해 선택적으로 밀봉되거나,
고굴절율 재료로 코팅되는 마이크로-화상을 포함하는 투명한 얕은부조 미세구조 마이크로-화상 층이 제공되고, 투명한 얕은부조 미세 구조 마이크로-화상 층은 마이크로-화상을 충진하는 밀봉 층으로 선택적으로 밀봉될 수 있거나,
공기, 기체 또는 액체 체적을 사용하는 투명한 얕은부조 미세 구조 마이크로-화상 층이 제공되고, 선택적 밀봉 층이 공기, 기체 또는 액체 체적을 포착하기 위해 선택적 접착제를 갖거나 갖지 않은 채로 제공되고,
또는
마이크로-화상의 섀도우 화상은 스포트라이트 또는 LED 플래쉬라이트와 같은 포인트 광원에 의해 또는 햇빛과 같은 평행 광원에 의해서와 같이 강한 방향성 광원에 의해 보안 은선이 조사될 때 제공되고, 마이크로-화상의 섀도우 화상은 조명 방향이 이동함에 따라 이동하고, 섀도우 화상은 보안 은선의 평면에 놓이고, 섀도우 화상의 색상은 마이크로-화상의 색상인

- 제11항에 있어서,
필름 재료는 기판의 표면의 일 부분만을 커버하는
기판. - 제11항에 있어서,
필름 재료는 적어도 부분적으로 투명하고 접착제 요소에 의해 섬유질 또는 비섬유질 기판에 접착되거나,
프린트 요소는 필름 재료의 상부 렌즈 표면에 직접 도포되고, 프린트 요소는 필름 재료를 지나서 연장하는 대형 패턴의 일부분일 수 있거나,
