Claims (29)
- 독일생물자원센터(German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures:DSMZ)에 수탁번호 DSM23693으로 기탁된 균주인 단리된 미생물로서, 미생물이 클로스트리듐 오토에타노게눔(Clostridium autoethanogenum)에서 유래한 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미생물은 CO를 포함하는 기질의 혐기 발효에 의해 에탄올과 아세테이트를 포함하는 생성물을 생산하는 능력을 특징으로 하는 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미생물은 CO를 포함하는 기질을 에탄올을 포함하는 생성물로 발효시키고, 상기 미생물의 비생산성(specific productivity)은 4g 이상의 에탄올/발효 브로쓰 1L/바이오매스 1그램/1일인 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 비생산성은 7g 이상의 에탄올/발효 브로쓰 1L/바이오매스 1그램/1일인 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성물은 에탄올과 아세테이트를 포함하는 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미생물은 10 g 이상의 에탄올/발효 브로쓰 1L/1일의 생산성으로, CO를 포함하는 기질을 발효시켜 에탄올을 생산하는 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 미생물의 생산성은 50 g 이상의 에탄올/발효 브로쓰 1L/1일인 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미생물은 에탄올 대 아세테이트의 비율이 2:1 이상이도록 에탄올과 아세테이트를 생산하는 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 미생물은 에탄올 대 아세테이트의 비율이 7:1 이상이도록 에탄올과 아세테이트를 생산하는 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 미생물은 에탄올 대 아세테이트의 비율이 10:1 이상이도록 에탄올과 아세테이트를 생산하는 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미생물은 비흡수율(specific uptake)이 1.0mMol 이상의 CO/1분/바이오매스 1g인 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 미생물은 비흡수율이 2.0mMol 이상의 CO/1분/바이오매스 1g인 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 미생물은 비성장률(specific growth rate)이 0.8일-1 이상인 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제13항에 있어서, 미생물은 비성장률이 2.0일-1 이상인 것인 단리된 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미생물은 최대 30g/발효 브로쓰 1L의 알코올 농도를 관용하는 것인 단리된 미생물.
