Claims (29)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 스트립, 랩 (lap), 브레이드 (braid), 락 (lock) 또는 피스의 형태일 수 있으며 직물과 같은 하나 이상의 연속 섬유의 어셈블리 또는 펠트 및 부직포와 같은 단섬유의 어셈블리를 포함하는 섬유성 기질의 제조 방법:
- 상기 섬유성 기질을 탄소 나노튜브 (CNT) 를 함유하는 유기 중합체 또는 유기 중합체의 혼합물로 함침시키는 단계, 및 이후:
- 상기 함침된 섬유성 기질을 중합체의 연화점까지 가열시키는 단계로서, 가열이 마이크로파 조사에 의해 또는 인덕션에 의해 수행되는 단계. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 인덕션에 의한 가열이 650 kHz 내지 1 MHz 의 고주파 단위를 사용하는 교류 전자기장에 기질을 노출시킴으로써 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 마이크로파 조사에 의한 가열이 2 내지 3 GHz 의 극초단파 발생기를 사용하는 극초단파 전자기장에 기질을 노출시킴으로써 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 함침이, 탄소 나노튜브 CNT 를 함유하는 유체 유기 중합체의 배스 내에 섬유성 기질을 넣음으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 함침이, 중합체 조성물이 분말 형태로 있는 유동층 내에 섬유성 기질을 넣음으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 함침이, 섬유성 기질 전반에 CNT 분말의 분배가 가능하게 하도록, CNT 분말 및 유기 중합체의 혼합물을 진동 지지체 상에 평평하게 놓인 상기 섬유성 기질 상에 직접 침전시킴으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 함침이, 캘린더링에 의해, 랩 또는 스트립 또는 브레이드의 형태인 섬유성 기질 상에 CNT-충전 유기 중합체의 흐름을 직접 압출함으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질의 제조 방법.
- 탄소 나노튜브 (CNT) 를 함유하는 유기 중합체 또는 유기 중합체의 혼합물로 미리 함침된, 스트립, 랩, 브레이드, 락 또는 피스의 형태일 수 있으며 펠트 또는 부직포를 구성하는 하나 이상의 섬유의 어셈블리를 포함하는 섬유성 기질로서, 상기 탄소 나노튜브는 유기 중합체 또는 유기 중합체의 혼합물의 중량의 0.1% 내지 30% 를 나타내는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 1 항에 따른 방법을 통해 수득된 것으로, 탄소 나노튜브 (CNT) 를 함유하는 유기 중합체 또는 유기 중합체의 혼합물로 미리 함침된, 스트립, 랩, 브레이드, 락 또는 피스의 형태일 수 있으며 직물과 같은 하나 이상의 연속 섬유의 어셈블리 또는 펠트 및 부직포와 같은 단섬유의 어셈블리를 포함하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 유기 중합체가 열가소성 중합체 및 열경화성 중합체로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하나 이상의 섬유의 어셈블리를 포함하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 하기로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질:
- 폴리아미드 6 (PA-6), 폴리아미드 11 (PA-11), 폴리아미드 12 (PA-12), 폴리아미드 6/6 (PA-6/6), 폴리아미드 4/6 (PA-4/6), 폴리아미드 6.10 (PA-6/10) 및 폴리아미드 6/12 (PA-6/12) 와 같은 폴리아미드, 및 또한 폴리테트라메틸렌 글리콜 (PTMG) 과 같은 아미드 단량체 및 기타 단량체를 함유하는 공중합체;
- 폴리프탈아미드와 같은 방향족 폴리아미드;
- 하기로부터 선택되는 플루오로 중합체:
(i) 하기 열거된 종류와 같은, 50 몰% 이상의 하기 화학식 (I) 의 하나 이상의 플루오로 단량체를 포함하는 것:

(식 중, X1, X2 및 X3 은 독립적으로 수소 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타냄):
- 폴리(비닐리덴 플루오라이드) (PVDF),
- 폴리(트리플루오로에틸렌) (PVF3),
- 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 (PTFE), 비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 헥사플루오로프로필렌 (HFP), 또는
- 트리플루오로에틸렌 (VF3), 또는
- 테트라플루오로에틸렌 (TFE), 또는
- 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 (CTFE) 과의 공중합체, 플루오로에틸렌/프로필렌 (FEP) 공중합체, 에틸렌과
- 플루오로에틸렌/프로필렌 (FEP), 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌 (TFE), 또는
- 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 (CTFE) 과의 공중합체;
(ii) 하기 열거된 종류와 같은, 50 몰% 이상의 하기 화학식 (II) 의 하나 이상의 단량체를 포함하는 것:
R-O-CH=CH2 (II)
(식 중, R 은 퍼할로겐화 알킬 라디칼을 나타냄):
- 퍼플루오로프로필 비닐 에테르 (PPVE),
- 퍼플루오로에틸 비닐 에테르 (PEVE) 및 에틸렌과 퍼플루오로메틸 비닐 에테르 (PMVE) 와의 공중합체,
- 폴리에테르 에테르 케톤 (PEEK) 및 폴리에테르 케톤 케톤 (PEKK) 과 같은 폴리아릴 에테르 케톤 (PAEK);
- 폴리에테르이미드 (PEI);
- 폴리페닐렌 술파이드 (PPS);
- 산 또는 무수물 기로 임의로 관능화된 폴리에틸렌 (PE), 폴리프로필렌 (PP) 및 에틸렌과 프로필렌의 공중합체 (PE/PP) 와 같은 폴리올레핀;
- 열가소성 폴리우레탄 (TPU);
- 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트;
- 폴리비닐 클로라이드;
- 폴리(C1 내지 C8)알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트;
- 폴리(메트)아크릴산;
- 폴리카보네이트;
- 실리콘 중합체;
- 페녹시 중합체 (수지);
및 이들의 혼합물 또는 공중합체. - 제 10 항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 50% 이상의 VDF, 폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드, PEKK 와 같은 폴리아릴 에테르, 또는 폴리비닐 알코올 및 PVC 또는 심지어 PEI 또는 PPS 를 함유하는 플루오로 중합체 또는 공중합체로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 열경화성 중합체가 불포화 폴리에스테르, 에폭시 수지, 비닐 에스테르, 페놀 수지, 폴리우레탄, 시아노아크릴레이트 및 비스-말레이미드 수지와 같은 폴리이미드, 아민과 알데히드와의 반응으로부터 산출되는 아미노플라스트, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 불포화 폴리에스테르가 말레산 무수물 또는 푸마르산과 같은 불포화 화합물을 함유하는 디카르복실산과 프로필렌 글리콜과 같은 글리콜과의 축합에 의한 중합으로부터 산출되고, 스티렌과 같은 반응성 단량체에의 희석 후, 중금속 염 또는 아민의 존재 하에 퍼옥시드 또는 촉매의 도움으로, 또는 대안적으로는 광개시제, 전리 방사선 또는 이들 다양한 기술의 조합의 도움으로, 단량체를 상기 폴리에스테르 상에 존재하는 불포화와 반응시킴으로써 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 비닐 에스테르가 스티렌에의 용해 후 폴리에스테르 수지와 유사한 방식으로 또는 유기 퍼옥시드를 사용하여 경화될 수 있는, 에폭시드와 (메트) 아크릴산의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 분자 당 1 개 이상의 옥시란기를 함유하는 물질로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 다관능성인 경우, 상기 수지는 에폭시 말단기를 가지고 있는 선형 중합체로부터 형성될 수 있거나, 그 골격이 에폭시기를 포함하거나, 또는 대안적으로는 그 골격이 에폭시 측면기를 가지고 있으며, 산 무수물 또는 아민과 같은 경화제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 경화제 또는 가교결합제 중에서, 1% 내지 5% 범위의 함량으로 관능성 디아민 또는 트리아민 유형의 생성물이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 에피클로로히드린과 비스페놀 A 와 같은 비스페놀과의 반응으로부터 산출될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 알킬 글리시딜 에테르 또는 에스테르, 알케닐 글리시딜 에테르 또는 에스테르, 또는 알킬 및 알케닐 글리시딜 에테르 또는 에스테르; 임의 치환된 모노- 및 폴리페놀의 폴리글리시딜 에테르; 폴리올의 폴리글리시딜 에테르; 지방족 또는 방향족 폴리카르복실산의 폴리글리시딜 에테르; 폴리카르복실산의 폴리글리시딜 에스테르; 노볼락 폴리글리시딜 에테르와의 반응으로부터 산출될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 에피클로로히드린과 방향족 아민 또는 방향족 모노- 또는 디아민의 글리시딜 유도체와의 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 시클로지방족 에폭시드가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 기질의 섬유가 단독 또는 혼합물로서의 탄소 섬유, 유리 섬유, 중합체-기재 섬유 또는 식물 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 섬유성 기질을 구성하는 섬유가 하기로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질:
- 하기 기재의 합성 중합체 섬유:
(i) 폴리(비닐 알코올),
(ii) 폴리아미드 6 (PA-6), 폴리아미드 11 (PA-11), 폴리아미드 12 (PA-12), 폴리아미드 6/6 (PA-6/6), 폴리아미드 4/6 (PA-4/6), 폴리아미드 6/10 (PA-6/10), 폴리아미드 6/12 (PA-6/12), 방향족 폴리아미드 및 아라미드, 및 블록 공중합체로부터의 폴리아미드,
(iii) 폴리올레핀,
(iv) 폴리에스테르,
(v) 폴리아릴 에테르 케톤 (PAEK),
(vi) 하기로부터 선택되는 플루오로 중합체:
(a) 하기 열거된 종류와 같은, 50 몰% 이상의 하기 화학식 (I) 의 하나 이상의 플루오로 단량체를 포함하는 것:

(b) 하기 열거된 종류와 같은, 50 몰% 이상의 하기 화학식 (II) 의 하나 이상의 단량체를 포함하는 것:

퍼플루오로프로필 비닐 에테르 (PPVE), 퍼플루오로에틸 비닐 에테르 (PEVE) 및 에틸렌과 퍼플루오로메틸 비닐 에테르 (PMVE) 와의 공중합체,
(vii) 열가소성 폴리우레탄 (TPU);
(viii) 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트;
(ix) 폴리비닐 클로라이드;
(x) 페녹시 중합체 (또는 수지);
(xi) 불포화 폴리에스테르, 에폭시 수지, 비닐 에스테르, 페놀 수지, 폴리우레탄, 시아노아크릴레이트 및 비스-말레이미드 수지와 같은 폴리이미드, 아민과 알데히드와의 반응으로부터 산출되는 아미노플라스트, 및 이의 혼합물;
- 탄소 섬유;
- 유리 섬유;
- 붕소 섬유;
- 실리카 섬유;
- 아마, 대마, 실크 또는 사이잘과 같은 천연 섬유; 및
- 유리, 탄소 및 아라미드 섬유의 혼합물과 같은 이들의 혼합물. - 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 탄소 나노튜브가 단일벽, 이중벽 또는 다중벽 나노튜브인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 나노튜브가 유기 중합체 또는 유기 중합체의 혼합물의 중량의 0.1% 내지 30% 를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유성 기질.
- - 제 8 항, 제 9 항 또는 제 26 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 정의된 섬유성 기질을 사용하는 것, 및
- 원하는 두께가 수득될 때까지 적어도 부분적으로 겹쳐 놓이도록 그리고 지그재그로, 프리폼 상에 중합체 및 CNT 로 미리 함침된 상기 섬유성 기질을 배열하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 3 차원 부품의 제조 방법. - 제 8 항, 제 9 항 또는 제 26 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 정의된 섬유성 기질을 사용하고, 하기 공지된 기술 중 하나가 수반되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 3 차원 부품의 제조 방법:
- 저압 주입 (수지 이송 성형, RTM),
- 인발성형 기술, 또는
- 풀-와인딩 기술. - 3-D 기계 구성부품의 제조 방법으로; 상기 방법이 제 8 항, 제 9 항 또는 제 26 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 정의된 섬유성 기질을 사용하고, 상기 구성부품이 항공기 날개, 항공기 기체, 배 선체, 자동차 사이드 레일 또는 스포일러, 또는 브레이크 디스크 또는 플런저 실린더의 본체 또는 핸들의 본체인 제조 방법.
