Claims (3)
- 체적저항율이 2.3μΩ·cm 이하이고, 또한 내력이 19.6MPa 이상, 85MPa 이하인 심재와, 상기 심재의 표면에 적층형성된 용융 땜납 도금층을 구비하고,
상기 심재는 Cu함유량이 99.9중량% 이상인 순동의 소둔재로 형성된 태양전지용 전극선재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 순동은 산소함유량이 20ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지용 전극선재. - 삭제
