Claims (13)
- 띠판상의 도전재로 형성된 심재(芯材)와, 상기 심재에 심재의 길이방향을 따라 형성되고, 또한 횡단면의 중앙부가 오목한 용융땜납 수용용 오목부와, 상기 용융땜납 수용용 오목부에 충전 형성된 용융땜납 도금층을 구비한 전극선재로서,상기 심재는 전체 또는 표면층이 구리로 형성되고, 상기 용융땜납 수용용 오목부는 그 심재 폭 방향의 양 단부(端部)의 사이가 개구된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극선재.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 용융땜납 수용용 오목부는 길이방향에 대하여 수직방향의 단면형상이 접시형 또는 만곡형으로 형성되고, 접시형 또는 만곡형으로 형성된 오목한 곳이 상기 용융땜납 수용용 오목부가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극선재.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 심재는 Fe-(35∼38질량%)Ni합금 또는 Fe-(29∼37질량%)Ni-(6∼18질량%)Co합금으로 이루어지는 저열팽창 Fe합금으로 형성된 중간층의 양면에 구리층이 적층 형성된 클래드재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극선재.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 용융땜납 도금층은 융점이 130℃ 이상, 300℃ 이하로, 납을 포함하지 않는 땜납재에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극선재.
- PN 접합을 갖는 반도체로 형성된 반도체 기판과, 상기 반도체 기판의 표면에 설치된 복수의 표면전극에 땜납된 접속용 리드선을 구비한 태양전지에 있어서,상기 접속용 리드선은 용융땜납 도금층에 의해 상기 반도체 기판에 설치된 복수의 표면전극에 땜납된 제1항 또는 제3항에 기재된 전극선재에 의해 구성된 태양전지.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 전극선재의 심재는 Fe-(35∼38질량%)Ni합금 또는 Fe-(29∼37질량%)Ni-(6∼18질량%)Co합금으로 이루어지는 저열팽창 Fe합금으로 형성된 중간층의 양면에 구리층이 적층 형성된 클래드재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 전극선재의 용융땜납 도금층은 융점이 130℃ 이상, 300℃ 이하로, 납을 포함하지 않는 땜납재에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
- 띠판상의 도전재로 형성된 심재와, 상기 심재에 심재 길이방향을 따라 형성되고, 또한 횡단면의 중앙부가 오목한 용융땜납 수용용 오목부와, 상기 용융땜납 수용용 오목부에 충전 형성된 용융땜납 도금층을 구비한 전극선재의 제조방법으로서,전체 또는 표면층이 구리로 형성된 도전성의 평판형상 재료를 슬릿터(slitter)에 의해 복수의 띠판재로 슬릿팅(slitting)하여 상기 심재를 제조하는 심재제조공정과,상기 심재제조공정에 의해 얻어진 심재에 용융땜납 도금층을 형성하는 용융땜납 도금공정을 구비하고,상기 심재제조공정에 있어서, 상기 평판형상 재료를 슬릿팅할 때에, 슬릿팅되는 각 띠판재의 폭방향 양 단부에 슬릿터의 회전날에 의해 굽힘가공을 실시하여 각 띠판재의 폭방향의 양 단부의 사이가 개구된 용융땜납 수용용 오목부를 형성하고,상기 용융땜납 도금공정에 있어서, 심재를 용융땜납조를 통하여 상기 용융땜납 수용용 오목부에 용융땜납을 공급하고, 상기 용융땜납 수용용 오목부에 용융땜납 도금층을 충전 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극선재의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 심재는 길이방향에 대하여 수직방향의 단면형상이 접시형 또는 만곡형으로 형성되고, 접시형 또는 만곡형으로 형성된 오목한 곳이 상기 용융땜납 수용용 오목부가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극선재의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 평판형상 재료는 Fe-(35∼38질량%)Ni합금 또는 Fe-(29∼37질량%)Ni-(6∼18질량%)Co합금으로 이루어지는 저열팽창 Fe합금으로 형성된 중간층의 양면에 구리층이 적층 형성된 클래드재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극선재의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 용융땜납은 융점이 130℃ 이상, 300℃ 이하로, 납을 포함하지 않는 땜납재에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극선재의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 심재는, 그 횡폭이 1∼3mm, 두께가 0.1∼0.3mm로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극선재의 제조 방법.
