도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동차용 인버터를 도시한 결합 사시도이다.
도 2는 도 1의 일부 분해 사시도이다.

도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동차용 인버터에 적용되는 모듈 어셈블리를 도시한 분해 사시도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동차용 인버터에 적용되는 모듈 어셈블리를 도시한 평면 구성도이다.
도 7은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 자동차용 인버터에 적용되는 모듈 어셈블리를 도시한 측면 구성도이다.

Claims (11)
- 전력변환 스위칭 소자로 이루어지는 파워 모듈;
상기 파워 모듈과 일체로 결합되며 냉각수를 유통시키는 냉각 모듈; 및
마운팅 유닛을 통해 상기 냉각 모듈에 일체로 장착되며, 상기 파워 모듈에 의한 리플 전류를 흡수하는 커패시터 모듈
을 포함하며,
상기 파워 모듈, 냉각 모듈 및 커패시터 모듈이 일체로 결합된 모듈 어셈블리를 구성하고, 상기 모듈 어셈블리를 케이스의 내부에 장착하여 이루어지며,
상기 마운팅 유닛은 상기 냉각 모듈의 가장자리 부분에 일체로 형성되는 복수 개의 마운팅 보스들과, 상기 마운팅 보스에 대응하여 상기 커패시터 모듈에 일체로 형성되는 복수 개의 레그들과, 상기 마운팅 보스와 레그를 체결하는 체결부재를 포함하고,
상기 파워 모듈이 상기 냉각 모듈의 상면에 결합되고, 상기 커패시터 모듈이 상기 마운팅 보스에 의해 상기 파워 모듈의 상면으로부터 이격되며 상기 냉각 모듈에 일체로 결합되고,
상기 케이스는 상하단이 개방된 형태로 이루어지며, 상기 모듈 어셈블리는 상기 케이스의 하부 개방단을 통해서 그 케이스의 하단부 내벽면에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 인버터. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 파워 모듈과 냉각 모듈은 볼트를 통해 일체로 결합되는 자동차용 인버터. - 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 모듈에는 냉각수의 유출입을 가능케 하는 유입구와 유출구가 형성되고,
상기 케이스에는 상기 유입구와 유출구가 끼워지는 한 쌍의 결합구가 형성되는 자동차용 인버터. - 삭제
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 모듈의 가장자리 부분에는 상기 케이스에 결합될 수 있는 복수 개의 제1 결합 돌기들이 일체로 형성되고,
상기 케이스의 하단부 내벽면에는 상기 제1 결합 돌기가 볼트로서 결합될 수 있는 제2 결합 돌기가 일체로 형성되는 자동차용 인버터. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 커패시터 모듈은 상기 냉각 모듈에 결합된 상태로 버스바를 통해 상기 파워 모듈과 전기적으로 연결되는 자동차용 인버터. - 삭제
