Description
Claims (43)

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 생물학적 샘플에서 복수의 바이오마커를 측정하는 단계를 추가로 포함하며, 여기서 복수의 바이오마커는 트랜스티레틴(transthyretin)을 포함하는 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 복수의 바이오마커는, Apo A1, 트랜스페린, CTAP-Ⅲ 및 ITIH4 단편으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 바이오마커를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 복수의 바이오마커는, Apo A1, 트랜스페린, CTAP-Ⅲ 및 ITIH4 단편으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 2개 이상의 바이오마커를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 복수의 바이오마커는, Apo A1, 트랜스페린, CTAP-Ⅲ 및 ITIH4 단편으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 3개 이상의 바이오마커를 추가로 포함하는 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 복수의 바이오마커는, Apo A1, 트랜스페린, CTAP-Ⅲ 및 ITIH4 단편을 추가로 포함하는 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 헵시딘은 헵시딘-25이고, 트랜스티레틴은 시스테닐화된(cysteinylated) 트랜스티레틴이며, 또한 ITIH4 단편은 ITIH4 단편 1인 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 복수의 바이오마커는 β-2 마이크로글로불린을 추가로 포함하는 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 바이오마커는 질량 분광측정법(mass spectrometry)에 의해 측정되는 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 질량 분광측정법은 SELDI-MS인 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 바이오마커는 면역분석법(immunoassay)에 의해 측정되는 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 샘플은 혈액 또는 혈액 유도체인 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 샘플은 난소낭액(ovarian cyst fluid), 복수(ascites), 또는 소변인 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 상호관련시키는 단계는 소프트웨어 분류 알고리즘을 실행하는 것에 의해 수행되는 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비-난소암은 양성(benign) 난소 질환인 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 난소암은 Ⅰ기 또는 Ⅱ기 난소암인 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 대상은 난소암에 대한 치료를 받아오고 있으며, 상기 난소암은 재발된 암인 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비-난소암은 양성 난소낭, 자궁내막증, 자궁 섬유종, 유방암 및 자궁경부암에서 선택된 부인과적 병태(condition)인 것인, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (c) 상기 대상에게 상태를 보고하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유형의 매체에 상태를 기록하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (c) 상기 상태에 기초하여 대상의 치료를 관리하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 청구항 21에 있어서, (d) 대상 관리 후 하나 이상의 바이오마커를 측정하고, 질병의 진행과 측정치를 상호관련시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 난소암 상태를 검정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
- 난소암의 경과를 측정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법으로서,(a) 대상으로부터의 생물학적 샘플에서 헵시딘을 첫번째로 측정하는 단계;(b) 대상으로부터의 생물학적 샘플에서 헵시딘을 두 번째로 측정하는 단계; 및(c) 첫 번째 측정 및 두 번째 측정을 비교하는 단계;를 포함하고,여기서 상기 비교 측정이 난소암의 경과를 결정하기 위한 것인, 난소암의 경과를 측정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 분석 방법.
