Claims (7)
- 계면활성제 함유수에 오존을 첨가하는 계면활성제 함유수의 처리방법으로서, 상기 계면활성제 함유수를, 입구 및 출구를 구비하는 유로에 흐르게 하고 상기 유로를 따라 복수의 위치에서 상기 오존을 상기 계면활성제 함유수에 첨가하고, 상기 출구에 가장 가까운 위치에서 전체 오존 첨가량의 60 ~ 95%의 오존을 첨가하는 계면활성제 함유수의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오존을 첨가하기 전에 상기 계면활성제 함유수에 알칼리를 첨가하는 계면활성제 함유수의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오존을 첨가하기 전에 상기 계면활성제 함유수에 알칼리와 과산화수소를 첨가하는 계면활성제 함유수의 처리방법.
- 입구로부터 출구를 향하여 계면활성제 함유수가 흐르는 유로를 포함하는 계면활성제 함유수의 처리장치로서, 상기 유로를 따라 설치되어, 상기 유로를 흐르는 상기 계면활성제 함유수에 오존을 첨가하여 계면활성제를 산화 분해하는 복수의 오존 반응설비를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 복수의 오존 반응설비 중에 상기 출구에 가장 가까운 위치에 구비된 최종단 오존 반응설비는 전체 오존 첨가량의 60 ~ 95%의 오존을 상기 계면활성제 함유수에 첨가하는 계면활성제 함유수의 처리장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 최종단 오존 반응설비는 오존 공급수단을 가지는 기액접촉형의 반응조이고, 상기 다른 오존 반응설비로서 상기 유로에 상기 오존을 공급하는 유로 내 오존 공급수단과 상기 유로 내의 계면활성 함유수를 교반하는 교반수단을 가지는, 교반 반응설비를 포함하는 계면활성제 함유수의 처리장치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 오존 반응설비의 적어도 어느 하나로부터 입구에 가까운 위치에 설치되어, 상기 계면활성제 함유수에 알칼리를 첨가하는 알칼리 첨가수단을 추가로 포함하는 계면활성제 함유수의 처리장치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 오존 반응설비의 적어도 어느 하나로부터 입구에 가까운 위치에 설치되어, 상기 계면활성제 함유수에 알칼리를 첨가하는 알칼리 첨가수단과 과산화수소를 첨가하는 과산화수소 첨가수단을 추가로 포함하는 계면활성제 함유수의 처리장치.
