Abstract
본 발명은 더블 R 가공으로 인한 롤 폭 조정과 조압연시의 웨브 두께 조정 및 첫 번째 연속밀 압연기에서의 플랜지 길이증가 억제를 통하여 플랜지의 과에징을 방지하고 압연소재의 치입 용이성도 확보하는 이점이 있다.

Claims (5)
- 생산하고자 하는 H형강의 규격보다 규격이 큰 H형강 생산라인에서 H형강 생산시 상, 하 롤의 간격을 조정하여 압연을 수행하며, 플랜지 과에징을 방지하여 안정적인 압연이 가능하도록, 조압연기의 상,하 롤 폭을 조정하고 웨브에 비해 플랜지의 압하비를 높여 압연 소재를 조압연하는 단계와,
상기 조압연된 압연 소재를 첫 번째 연속밀 압연기에서 플랜지에 비해 웨브의 압하량을 높여 압연하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 조압연기의 상,하 롤 폭 조정은,
상기 조압연기를 구성하는 상,하 롤의 모서리를 더블 R 가공함에 의해 조정되고,
상기 더블 R은,
상기 상,하 롤의 모서리에 변곡점을 기준으로 상부 R값(R1)과 하부 R값(R2)에 차이를 둔 것이며,
상기 하부 R값(R2)이 상기 상부 R값(R1)에 비해 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 H형강 제조방법. - 삭제
