Claims (12)
- 절삭 가공용 공구에 있어서,공통의 회전축(A)을 구비하는 제1 공구부(2) 및 제2 공구부를 포함하고,제1 공구부(2)는 정렬 핀(alignment pin)(4) 및 상기 제1 공구부(2)의 기저부에 환형 표면(5)을 구비하고,상기 제2 공구부(3)는 상기 정렬 핀(4)을 수용하는 축방향 구멍(7), 및 상기 2개의 공구부(2, 3)를 서로 축방향으로 긴장시키는 긴장 수단(tensioning means)(8, 9, 10)을 갖고 제1 공구부(2)의 환형 표면(5)에 대하여 긴장될 수 있는 환형 표면(6)을 구비하고,상기 긴장 수단(8, 9, 10)은 상기 제2 공구부(3)의 원주 둘레에 분산 배치되는 3개의 고정 스크류(retaining screws)(8, 9, 10)로 이루어지며, 상기 고정 스크류는 상기 제2 공구부(3)의 나사산이 형성된 구멍(12, 13, 14)에 각각 방사상으로 나사 결합되고 상기 정렬 핀(4)의 방사상 구멍(21, 22, 23)에 각각 결합되며,제1 고정 스크류(10)와 제2 고정 스크류(9) 사이의 각도(W3)는 120°보다 작고 90°보다 크며,상기 제1 고정 스크류(10)와 제3 고정 스크류(8) 사이의 각도(W1)는 상기 제3 고정 스크류(8)와 상기 제2 고정 스크류(9) 사이의 각도(W2)와 동일한것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 가공용 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 고정 스크류(10)와 상기 제2 고정 스크류(9) 사이의 각도(W3)는 95° 내지 105° 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 가공용 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 고정 스크류(10)와 상기 제2 고정 스크류(9) 사이의 각도(W3)는 100°인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 가공용 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 정렬 핀(4)의 리세스(recess)(16, 17, 18)가 상기 각각의 구멍(21, 22, 23)에 배치되어, 고정 스크류(8, 9, 10)를 긴장시킴으로써 상기 정렬 핀(4)이 그 외주에서 팽창(bulge)될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 가공용 공구.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 정렬 핀(4)의 상기 리세스(16, 17, 18)는 상기 정렬 핀(4)의 구멍(21, 22, 23)을 축방향으로 관통하여 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 가공용 공구.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 정렬 핀(4)의 적어도 하나의 리세스(18)는 상기 정렬 핀(4)의 단부면(24)에서 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 가공용 공구.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 정렬 핀(4)의 적어도 2개의 리세스(16, 17, 18)는 상기 정렬 핀(4)의 단부면(24)에서 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 가공용 공구.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 정렬 핀(4)의 3개의 모든 리세스(16, 17, 18)는 상기 정렬 핀(4)의 단부면(24)에서 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 가공용 공구.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 리세스(16, 17, 18)는 0.2mm 내지 0.4mm의 폭을 갖는 슬롯(slots)인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 가공용 공구.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 리세스(16, 17, 18)는 0.2mm 내지 0.3mm의 폭을 갖는 슬롯인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 가공용 공구.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 리세스(16, 17, 18)는 레이저(laser)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 가공용 공구.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 리세스(16, 17, 18)는 1mm 내지 5mm의 폭을 갖는 슬롯인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭 가공용 공구.
