Claims (6)
- 피공작물에 접근하는 헤드, 상기 헤드의 후단부에서 연장되는 숫형 스피곳, 및 상기 헤드와 숫형 스피곳의 경계부에 형성되며 후면에 환형 평탄면을 갖는 플랜지를 포함하는 툴; 및전면 평탄면 중앙에는 상기 숫형 스피곳이 수용되는 캐비티가 형성된 제 1 부분과 제 1 부분의 후단부에 형성되어 구동부와 연결되는 제 2 부분으로 구성된 결합 부재를 포함하며,상기 숫형 스피곳은 그 측면부에 테이퍼 면이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 결합 부재의 제 1 부분의 측부에는 상기 캐비티와 연통된 관통 홀이 형성되어 있어, 상기 관통 홀에 체결되는 스크류의 선단이 상기 캐비티 내에 수용된 상기 숫형 스피곳의 테이퍼 면을 가압할 수 있으며,상기 결합 부재의 상기 제 1 부분에 형성된 상기 관통 홀은 상기 숫형 스피곳의 대응 테이퍼 면과 직교하는 방향으로 형성되어 상기 관통 홀에 체결된 스크류가 상기 숫형 스피곳의 대응 테이퍼 면에 직교하는 상태로 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 툴 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 테이퍼 면은 상기 숫형 스피곳의 내측부에서 후단부 외측 엣지를 향하여 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 툴 조립체.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 결합 부재의 상기 제 1 부분에 형성된 관통 홀과 상기 숫형 스피곳에 형성된 복수의 테이퍼 면은 각각 대응되게 복수개 형성되며, 각각 원주 상에서 균등한 각도 간격으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 툴 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 툴의 플랜지의 후면 평탄면에는 커플링 요부가 형성되며,상기 결합 부재의 제 1 부분의 전면 평탄면 캐비티 외곽부에는 상기 플랜지에 형성된 커플링 요부에 대응하는 커플링 요부가 형성되어,핀의 일 단부가 플랜지에 형성된 커플링 요부에, 또 다른 단부는 상기 결합 부재의 제 1 부분에 형성된 커플링 요부에 각각 수용되어 상기 툴과 상기 결합 부재가 맞물리게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 툴 조립체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 결합 부재의 상기 제 1 부분에 형성된 커플링 요부 및 상기 툴의 플랜지에 형성된 커플링 요부는 각각 대응되게 복수 개 형성되고, 각각 원주 상에서 불균등한 각도 간격으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 툴 조립체.
