Claims (12)
- 회전자(5)의 축으로부터 방사상으로 연장되어 상기 회전자(5)의 축에 고정 가능한 기저부(15) 및 제거 가능한 마모 요소(12)를 포함하는 교반 날개(6)에 있어서, 상기 마모 요소(12)와 상기 기저부(15)는 상기 기저부(15) 길이의 적어도 30%에 해당하는 구간에 걸쳐서 중첩되고, 상기 구간에서, 상기 마모요소와 상기 기저부는 상기 교반 날개(6)의 단면의 각기 다른 영역들을 한정하고,상기 교반 날개는 상기 회전자의 축과 평행한 평면도에서 볼 때 직사각형 형상을 나타내며, 상기 기저부는 직사각형 리세스를 구비하고, 상기 마모 요소는 방사상 방향, 축방향 및 원주방향으로 적용하는 경우에 상기 직사각형 리세스에 필수적으로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반 날개.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마모 요소(12)는 진행 방향으로 상기 교반 날개(6)의 전방 테두리의 적어도 방사상 외부로 1/3을 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반 날개.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 마모 요소(12)는 상기 교반 날개(6)의 전체 팁을 형성하고, 상기 기저부(15)의 팁의 단면을 적어도 부분적으로 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반 날개.
- 삭제
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 마모 요소(12)의 단면은 그 길이 방향에서 전방 테두리 쪽으로 테이퍼지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반 날개.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 마모 요소(12)는 길이 방향으로 사다리꼴 형상의 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반 날개.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마모 요소(12)는 스터드(14)를 경유하여 상기 기저부(15)에 연결되고, 이때 상기 스터드(14)는 상기 기저부(15)의 후방으로부터 상기 기저부(15)에 형성된 구멍들을 통해서 상기 마모 요소(12)에 형성된 나사 구멍들에 도달할 때까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반 날개.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 마모 요소는 다중 부분들(12,21,26)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반날개.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 마모 요소(12)는 그것의 방사상 내부 단부의 방향으로 상기 교반 날개의 팁으로부터 감소하는 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반 날개.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 마모 요소(12)는 스터드(14)를 경유하여 상기 기저부(15)에 연결되고, 이때 상기 스터드(14)는 상기 기저부(15)의 후방으로부터 상기 기저부(15)에 형성된 구멍들을 통해서 상기 마모 요소(12)에 형성된 나사 구멍들에 도달할 때까지 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반 날개.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 마모 요소(12)는 진행 방향으로 상기 교반 날개(6)의 전방 테두리의 적어도 방사상 외부로 1/2을 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반 날개.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 다중부분들(12,21,26)은 전방 테두리 구간(12)과 단부 구간(21,26)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 교반날개.
