Claims (29)
- 편광 소자;
상기 편광 소자의 일면에 형성되는 제1접착제층;
상기 편광 소자의 타면에 형성되는 제2접착제층;
상기 제1접착체층의 상부에 부착되는 보호 필름; 및
상기 제2접착체층의 하부에 형성되는 점착층을 포함하고,
상기 점착층은 모듈러스가 1~ 500MPa인 제1점착층 및 모듈러스가 0.01~0.5MPa인 제2점착층으로 이루어진 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1접착체층 및 제2접착체층은 그 두께가 20 nm 내지 1000 nm인 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1접착체층 및 제2접착체층은 점도가 4 내지 50cP인 접착제 물질로 형성되는 편광판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1접착체층 및 제2접착체층은 중합도가 500~1800이고, 고형분 함량이 2 ~ 10중량%인 접착제 물질로 형성되는 편광판.

상기 보호 필름과 편광 소자 사이 및 상기 점착층과 편광 소자 사이에 각각 접착제를 개재시키는 단계; 및
상기 접착제를 매개로 상기 보호 필름 및 점착층을 편광 소자에 합판하고, 건조시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 점착층은 모듈러스가 1~ 500MPa인 제1점착층 및 모듈러스가 0.01~0.5MPa인 제2점착층으로 이루어진 편광판 제조 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서,
상기 접착제는 점도가 4 내지 50cP인 편광판 제조 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서,
상기 접착제는 중합도가 500~1800이고, 고형분 함량이 2 ~ 10중량%인 편광판 제조 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서,
상기 건조는 20 내지 100℃에서 수행되는 편광판 제조 방법.
