Claims (10)
- 유입유체통로와 유출유체통로에 연통하는 밸브실을 절환하는 절환밸브로서,제1밸브시트와 상기 제1밸브시트와 대향하는 제2밸브시트를 가지는 밸브실과,상기 밸브실의 상기 제1밸브시트의 주위의 제1밸브구에 연통하여 작동유체를 상기 밸브실로 유입시키는 제1유체통로와,상기 밸브실에 연통하여 상기 밸브실로부터 작동유체를 유출시키거나 또는 상기 밸브실로 유입시키는 제2유체통로와,상기 밸브실의 제2밸브시트의 주위의 제2밸브구에 연통하여 작동유체를 상기 밸브실로부터 유출시키는 제3유체통로와,상기 밸브실에 배치되어 상기 제1밸브시트와 상기 제2밸브시트를 교호로 이접하는 밸브체와,상기 밸브체와 연결하는 축부와,상기 축부의 이동을 안내하는 안내공이 형성된 베어링부와,상기 베어링부의 상면의 상기 안내공의 주위에 마련되고 구멍주면과 구멍저면에 의해 형성된 오목상의 수용실과,측면이 상기 수용실의 상기 구멍저면에 접촉하고, 내주면이 상기 축부의 외주면에 접촉하며, 외주면이 상기 수용실의 상기 구멍주면에는 접촉하지 않고, 상기 밸브실과 상기 수용실의 사이를 실링하는 실링수단과,상기 수용실과 상기 제1유체통로를 연통하는 보조통로와,상기 축부에 연결하여 솔레노이드로드를 작동시키는 솔레노이드부를 구비하며,상기 제1밸브시트와 상기 밸브체가 접합된 주위의 내면에서 상기 제1 유체통로부터의 작동유체의 압력을 받는 상기 밸브체의 제1수압면적과, 상기 수용실 내의 상기 제1 유체통로로부터의 작동유체의 압력을 받는 상기 축부의 제3수압면적을 거의 동일 면적으로 한 절환밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체의 상기 제1수압면적과, 상기 축부의 상기 제3수압면적과, 상기 제2밸브시트와 상기 밸브체의 제2밸브면이 접합하는 주위의 내면에서 제2작동유체의 압력을 받는 제2수압면적을 거의 동일 면적으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 절환밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드부가 상기 밸브체를 상기 제1밸브시트에 밸브 폐쇄시키는 흡인력에 대항하여 상기 밸브체를 상기 제1밸브시트로부터 밸브 개방하는 제1스프링수단과, 상기 제1스프링수단에 대향하는 제2스프링수단이 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 절환밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드부가 상기 밸브체를 상기 제1밸브시트에 밸브 폐쇄시키는 흡인력에 대항하여 상기 밸브체를 상기 제1밸브시트로부터 밸브 개방하는 제1스프링수단과, 상기 제1스프링수단에 대향하는 제2스프링수단이 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 절환밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 축부의 상기 밸브체에 연결하는 측의 외경 치수를 상기 솔레노이드로드의 외경 치수와 거의 동일 치수로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 절환밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 축부의 상기 밸브체에 연결하는 측의 외경 치수를 상기 솔레노이드로드의 외경 치수와 거의 동일 치수로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 절환밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 축부의 상기 밸브체에 연결하는 측의 외경 치수를 상기 솔레노이드로드의 외경 치수와 거의 동일 치수로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 절환밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 축부의 상기 밸브체에 연결하는 측의 외경 치수를 상기 솔레노이드로드의 외경 치수와 거의 동일 치수로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 절환밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용실의 상기 구멍주면은 상기 실링수단이 작동유체에 의해 압압되어 탄성변형할 때, 상기 실링수단의 상기 외주면이 접촉되지 않는 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절환밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링부는 상기 제1 유체통로와 상기 제2 유체통로와 상기 제3유체통로와 상기 밸브실이 형성된 밸브하우징에 취부된 것을 특징으로 하는 절환밸브.
