Claims (7)
- 저전압 직류변환장치의 이상여부를 판단하는 단계;
저전압 직류변환장치에서 이상이 발생된 것으로 판단되면 저전압 배터리의 전압이 제동장치의 작동 전압범위를 벗어나는지를 판단하는 단계;
상기 저전압 배터리 전압이 상기 제동장치의 작동 전압범위를 벗어나면 기계적인 제동력을 고려하여 제한차속을 설정하는 단계;
상기 설정된 제한차속에 따라 구동모터의 토크를 제한하는 최대토크를 설정하는 단계; 및
차량의 주행속도를 상기 제한차속에 도달시키기 위해, 구동모터의 토크가 상기 최대토크에서 제로토크까지 선형적으로 감소되도록 토크를 제어하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기 차량의 비상주행 제어방법. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 저전압 직류변환장치의 이상여부를 판단하는 단계는, 상기 저전압 직류변환장치에서 고장이 발생되거나 상기 저전압 직류변환장치로부터 응답신호가 없는 경우에 상기 저전압 직류변환장치에서 이상이 발생된 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기 차량의 비상주행 제어방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제한차속은 10~30 Km/h 범위를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기 차량의 비상주행 제어방법. - 고전압 배터리(410)의 고전압을 저전압으로 변환하여 저전압 배터리(420)에 공급하는 저전압 직류변환장치(100);
상기 저전압 배터리(420)로부터 전원을 공급받아 구동모터에 제동신호를 인가하거나 브레이크 답력으로 기계적인 제동력을 제공하는 제동장치(200); 및
상기 저전압 직류변환장치(100)에서 이상이 발생되고 상기 저전압 배터리(420) 전압이 제동장치(200)의 작동 전압범위를 벗어나면, 기계적인 제동력을 고려한 제한차속을 설정하여 구동모터의 최대토크를 설정하는 차량제어기(300);를 포함하고,
상기 차량제어기(300)는 차량의 주행속도를 상기 제한차속에 도달시키기 위해, 구동모터의 토크가 상기 최대토크에서 제로토크까지 선형적으로 감소되도록 토크를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기 차량의 비상주행 제어시스템. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 차량제어기(300)는 상기 저전압 직류변환장치(100)로부터 고장에 따른 오류 신호가 수신되거나, 상기 저전압 직류변환장치(100)에서 응답신호가 없는 경우 상기 저전압 직류변환장치(100)에서 이상이 발생된 것으로 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 전기 차량의 비상주행 제어시스템. - 삭제
