Claims (10)
- 종이층 상부에 합성수지층을 구비하고, 이 합성수지층 상면에 그라비아 인쇄로 인쇄 무늬층을 구비하되, 상기 종이층과 합성수지층, 인쇄 무늬층은 고압 프레스에 의한 압밀화 작업으로 일체화하여 인쇄 표면층을 구성하고,상기 인쇄 무늬층 위에 표면 도장층을 형성하되, 상기 표면 도장층은 아래로부터 표면 프라이머층, 하도층, 중도층 및 상도층으로 구성되고, 하도층 내지 상도층이 세라믹, 유리조각(glass chop), 점토, 실리카 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 무기물을 포함하며,상기 인쇄 표면층의 하부에 접착제층을 도포하여 기재층에 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마루바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종이층에 사용되는 종이의 평량이 180 내지 300 g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 마루바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종이층이 요소 수지, 요소 멜라민 수지, 멜라민 수지, 페놀 수지, 아크릴 수지, 폴리에스터 수지, 불포화 폴리에스터 수지, 에폭시 수지, 폴리비닐 아세테이트 수지, 폴리비닐 알코올 수지, 우레탄 수지 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 수지로 종이를 함침시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 마루바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인쇄무늬층이 합성수지층 상부에 그라비아 인쇄로 인쇄한 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 마루바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지층이 PVC(Poly Vinyl Chloride), PE(Ploy Ethylene), PET(Ploy Ethylene Terephthalate), PETG(Ploy Ethylene Terephthalate Glycolmodified), HIPS(High Impact Polystyrene), ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), PU(Poly Urethane), SBS(Styrene Butadiene Styrene block Copolymer), SEBS(Styrene Ethylene Butadiene Styrene block Copolymer), SPS(Syndiotactic Poly Stylene), SEPS(Styrene Ethylene Propylene Styrene block Copolymer) 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 합성수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마루바닥재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지층이 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 마루바닥재.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재층이 내수합판, 스트랜드 보드, 파티클보드, MDF(Medium Density Fiberboard), HDF(High Density Fiberboard), WFPC(Wood Fiber Plastic Composite) 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 목질계 보드로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마루바닥재.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 마루바닥재가 T & G(Tongue and Groove), 클릭(Click) 시스템, 또는 커넥터에 의한 연결구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마루바닥재.
