Claims (12)
- 기재층;상기 기재층 상면에 형성된 프라이머층;상기 프라이머층의 상면에 형성된 치장층; 및상기 치장층의 상면에 형성되고, 전체 표면보호층 조성물에 대하여 무용제형 수지 30 ~ 70 중량%, 경화제 1 ~ 10 중량% 및 첨가제 20 ~ 69 중량%를 포함하고, 120 ~ 250℃의 온도에서 1 ~ 5분 동안 열경화 하고, 광량 100 ~ 600mJ/cm2로 5 ~ 30초간 광경화 하여 형성되는 표면보호층;으로 이루어지며,상기 무용제형 수지는 우레탄아크릴레이트 수지와 멜라민계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중경화방식을 이용한 보호층을 가지는 마루바닥재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기재층의 이면에 형성된 이면층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중경화방식을 이용한 보호층을 가지는 마루바닥재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기재층은 내수합판, MDF(Medium Density Fiberboard), HDF(High Density Fiberboard), 파티클보드, 케냐프보드 또는 수지목분 혼합보드 중 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중경화방식을 이용한 보호층을 가지는 마루바닥재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머층은 에폭시계 수지, 폴리우레탄계 수지, 폴리이소시아네이트계 수지, 폴리에스터계 수지, 아크릴레이트계 수지, 에틸렌-초산비닐공중합체, 폴리아미드계 수지, 멜라민계 수지, 합성고무계 수지 또는 폴리비닐알콜계 수지 중 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중경화방식을 이용한 보호층을 가지는 마루바닥재.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 경화제는 열경화제와 광경화제를 모두 포함하며,상기 열경화제는 벤조익 퍼옥사이드(Benzoic Peroxide(BPO)), 디-티-부틸 퍼옥사이드(Di-t-Butyl Peroxide(DTBPO)), 큐민 하이드로퍼옥사이드(Cumene Hydroperoxide(CHPO)), 티-부틸 퍼옥시-2-에틸헥사노에이트(t-Butyl Peroxy-2-Ethylhexanoate), 티-부틸 퍼옥시 벤조에이트(t-Butyl Peroxy Benzoate), 아조비스 디메틸 발레로니트릴(Azobis Dimetyl Valeronitrile(V-65)), 아조비스 이소부티로 니트릴(Azobis Isobutyro Nitrile(AIBN)) 중에서 선택되고,상기 광경화제는 벤질 디메틸 케탈(Benzyl Dimethyl Ketal), 1-하이드록시 사이클로헥실 아세토페논(1-Hydroxy Cyclohexyl Acetophenone), 2,4,6-트리메틸 벤조일 디페닐 포스핀 옥사이드(2,4,6-Trimethyl Benzoyl Diphenyl Phosphine Oxide), 비스아크릴 포스핀 옥사이드(Bisacryl Phosphine Oxide(BAPO)), 2,4-디에틸 티옥산톤(2,4-Diethyl Thioxanthone) 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중경화방식을 이용한 보호층을 가지는 마루바닥재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 표면보호층은 첨가제를 더 포함하며, 상기 첨가제는 점도 조절제, 소포제 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중경화방식을 이용한 보호층을 가지는 마루바닥재.
- 기재층의 상면에 프라이머층을 형성하는 단계;상기 프라이머층의 상면에 치장층을 형성하는 단계;상기 치장층의 상면에 전체 표면보호층 조성물에 대하여 무용제형 수지 30 ~ 70 중량%, 경화제 1 ~ 10 중량% 및 첨가제 20 ~ 69 중량%를 포함하는 표면보호층 조성물을 도포한 후, 120 ~ 250℃의 온도에서 1 ~ 5분 동안 열경화 하고, 광량 100 ~ 600mJ/cm2로 5 ~ 30초간 광경화 하여 표면보호층을 형성하는 단계; 및재단 및 형상가공하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 무용제형 수지는 우레탄아크릴레이트 수지와 멜라민계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중경화방식을 이용한 보호층을 가지는 마루바닥재의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 프라이머층을 형성하는 단계 이전에 기재층의 이면에 이면층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중경화방식을 이용한 보호층을 가지는 마루바닥재의 제조방법.

- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 표면보호층은 첨가제를 더 포함하며, 상기 첨가제는 점도 조절제, 소포제 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중경화방식을 이용한 보호층을 가지는 마루바닥재의 제조방법.
