Description

Claims (21)
- ● 캐리어 상에 장식 층을 적용하는 단계;
● 상기 장식 층 상에, 천연 수지가 제거된 가공된 목재 섬유, 결합제, 및 내마모성 입자의 혼합물을 포함하는 건조 분말 층을 적용하는 단계; 및
● 열 및 압력을 가하여 상기 혼합물을 경화시켜 투명한 내마모성 층을 포함하는 장식 표면층(1)을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 빌딩 패널(building panel)을 제작하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서, 패널이 바닥 패널인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 캐리어가 목재 기반 보드인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 내마모성 입자가 알루미늄 옥사이드인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 장식 층이 인쇄된 페이퍼인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 경화 단계가 엠보싱된 매트릭스(embossed matrix)에 대해 혼합물을 가압함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 엠보싱된 매트릭스에 대한 가압이 장식 층의 두께를 초과하는 엠보싱 깊이를 형성시키는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 엠보싱된 매트릭스에 대한 가압이 장식 층 및 투명한 내마모성 층의 합쳐진 두께를 초과하는 엠보싱 깊이를 형성시키는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 장식 층이 알루미늄 옥사이드를 포함하는 투명한 페이퍼 기반 오버레이(overlay)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 장식 층이 하부 건조 분말 층 위에 적용된 알루미늄 옥사이드를 포함하는 투명한 페이퍼 기반 오버레이를 포함하며, 하부 건조 분말 층이 목재 섬유 및 결합제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 가공된 목재 섬유 모두가 필수적으로 1.0 mm 보다 작은 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 가공된 목재 섬유 모두가 필수적으로 0.5 mm 보다 작은 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 열 및 압력이 5 내지 200초 동안 가해지는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 열 및 압력이 5 내지 30초 동안 가해지는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 가해지는 열이 140℃ 내지 200℃의 범위인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 가해지는 압력이 20 내지 60 kg/cm2의 범위인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 투명한 표면층의 두께가 장식 층의 두께를 초과하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 장식 표면층이 엠보싱되며, 투명한 표면층의 두께가 상단 부분에서의 두께가 하단 부분의 두께를 초과하도록 변경되는 방법.
- ● 캐리어 상에 장식 층을 적용하는 단계;
● 상기 장식 층에, 천연 수지가 제거된 가공된 목재 섬유, 열가소성 재료 및 내마모성 입자의 혼합물을 포함하는 건조 분말 층을 적용하는 단계; 및
● 상기 분말 층에 열 및 압력을 가하여 투명한 내마모성 층을 포함하는 장식 표면층을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 빌딩 패널을 제작하는 방법. - 제 19항에 있어서, 내마모성 입자가 알루미늄 옥사이드, 실리카, 또는 알루미늄 옥사이드 및 실리카를 포함하는 방법.
