Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 입력(12)과 출력(16)을 구비하되, 상기 출력(16)은 공급압력(P1)이 존재하고 압력감소요소(20)와 연결되며, 상기 압력감소요소(20)의 출력(24)은 시스템압력(P2)이 존재하고, 상기 출력(24)은 컨슈머(26)에 연결되는 수압매체용 공급펌프(10)에 있어서,상기 출력(16)은 펌프제어기(30)의 제1 입력(28)에 연결되고, 펌프제어기(30)의 제2 입력(32)은 압력감소요소(20)의 출력(24)에 연결되며,상기 펌프제어기(30)는 시스템압력(P2)이 최소압력(46) 보다 작으면 또는 시스템압력(P2)이 제1 입력(28)에서 현재 압력보다 작으면 최대전달로 공급펌프(10)를 조절하고,상기 펌프제어기(30)에 평행한 압력리미터(34)는, 상기 펌프제어기(30)의 제1 입력(28)에서 존재하는 압력이 상기 압력리미터의 제1 입력(36)에 존재하고 상기 시스템압력(P2)이 제어입력(40)에 존재하며, 시스템압력(P2)이 목표량(42) 보다 크면 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프(10).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압력감소요소(20)는 필터(22)인 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 최소압력(46)은 2바(bar)인 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 목표량(42)은 5.5바(bar)이고, 제어동작 동안 또는 제어기의 휴지기 동안에 가변적인 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,조절기(48)는 공급펌프(10)의 출력(16)과 펌프제어기(30)의 제1 입력 사이에 교차연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공급펌프(10)의 출력의 다운스트림에는 압력제어밸브(18)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 압력제어밸브의 개방압력은 12바(bar)이고, 제어동작 동안 또는 제어기의 휴지기 동안에 가변압력에서 압력제어밸브는 탱크(14)를 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 시스템압력(P2)은 압력리미터(34)의 제2 입력에 존재하고 개방 압력리미터(34)는 제2 입력(38)에 제1 입력(36)을 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압력리미터(34)는 제2 제어입력(74)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제9항에 있어서,압력리미터(34)의 두개 제어입력(40,74)은 직렬로 수압식으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제9항에 있어서,압력리미터(34)의 제2 제어입력(74)은 제1 제어입력(40)에 대해 압력트랜스미션을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제9항에 있어서,제어밸브(72)가 제공되고 압력리미터(34)의 제2 제어입력(74)에 압력감소요소(20)의 출력(24)을 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제12항에 있어서,제어밸브(72)의 출력(82)은 압력리미터(34)의 제2 입력과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제12항에 있어서,제어밸브(72)는 수압식으로 또는 전자기식으로 제어될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제14항에 있어서,제어밸브(72)는 자동차의 엔진제어기(76)를 통해 제어될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제12항에 있어서,샷-오프밸브(78)는 제어밸브(72)의 출력(82)과 압력리미터(34)의 제1 제어입력(40) 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제16항에 있어서,샷-오프밸브(78)는 시스템압력(P2)이 존재하는 제어입력을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,제어밸브(72)가 제공되고 탱크에 펌프제어기(30)의 제2 출력(32)을 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
- 제18항에 있어서,제어밸브(72)는 4/2웨이 밸브로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공급펌프.
