Claims (8)
- 화석연료가 공급되는 증기생성 보일러에 의해 생성된 모든 회분을 미연소 물질의 함량이 낮은 경회분으로 변환시키기 위한 통합공정으로서,- 하나 이상의 분쇄기(7, 8) 내에서 중회분(4) 및 연료절약기(5)로부터 나온 회분을 분쇄하는 단계;- 단일 건식 이송 시스템(19)을 통해 상기 보일러(1)로부터 분리 사이클론(15)으로 추출된 모든 회분을 이송시키는 단계;- 하나 이상의 분배장치(16)를 이용하여 상기 회분과 화석연료를 혼합하는 단계;- 석탄 분쇄 전용의 하나 이상의 분쇄기(18) 내에서 화석연료 및 가장 조대한 회분을 분쇄하는 단계; 및- 건식 추출 시스템에 의해 얻어진 상기 모든 회분을 상기 보일러(1)에 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하는 통합공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경회분 내의 미연소 물질의 함량이 이미 낮은 경우, 상기 중회분(4) 및 연료절약기(5)로부터 나온 회분만이 상기 하나 이상의 석탄분쇄기(18) 내에서 분쇄된 후 보일러(1)로 순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미연소 물질을 감소시키고, 보일러(1)의 효율을 증대시키기 위해, 중회분(4)의 건식 추출 시스템에 의한 미연소 물질의 감소에 더하여, 상기 보일러(1)에 직접 재순환되고 버너(2)를 통과한 경회분에 의해 더욱 미연소 물질이 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모든 회분은 단일 종류의 회분으로 전환되고, 단일 수집지점, 즉 사이클론(15)에 수집되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모든 회분은 상기 사이클론(15) 내에서의 혼합을 위해 공기압 컨베이어(19)를 통해 재순환되고, 상기 사이클론으로부터 더 가벼운 획분은 보일러(1)로 직접 이송되고, 나머지 부분은 연료와 혼합된 후 분쇄기(18) 내에서 분쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사이클론(15)에서 분리된 가장 조대한 획분만 분쇄기(18)로 이송되어 마모량 및 에너지 소모량을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사이클론(15)으로의 회분의 이송을 위해 사용되는 공기는 연소실 내의 진공에 의해 직접 흡입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통합공정.
- 제1항에 따른 공정을 수행하기 위한 시스템에 있어서, 중회분 제2분쇄단계 및 연료절약기(5)의 하류측의 공기압 컨베이어는 플랜트 엔지니어링 상의 분리 사이클론(15)에 공급하는 기계식 컨베이어(27)로 교환할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
