Description
石炭微粉砕機の場合、粉砕動力原単位が約20kWh/tなので約350t/h×20kWh/t=7000kWの動力が必要となる。
また、バイオマス燃料用微粉砕機の粉砕動力を低く抑えた場合に炉底に落下し回収したバイオマス燃料を石炭と共に同時粉砕しないので、新たに受け入れたバイオマス燃料の粉砕動力で粉砕することにより各粉砕機からの粉砕物の火炉への供給を安定化する。
図1に示す構成は、図4の石炭焚きボイラに本参考例のバイオマス燃料の燃焼技術を適用した場合を説明するためのものである。図1では図4に示す装置と同一の装置については、一部の図示と説明を省略する。

Claims (1)
- 石炭を主燃料とし、バイオマス燃料を副燃料として燃焼用空気と共に火炉内に供給して燃焼させるバイオマス燃料の燃焼方法において、
バイオマス燃料は、投入した量の80%程度が浮遊燃焼可能な粒度に粗粉砕した後、火炉内に供給し、前記火炉内に供給したバイオマス燃料のうち、火炉の下部に落下したものを回収し、該回収したものを水分50%以下になるまで乾燥した後に、石炭と混合することなく、新たに受け入れたバイオマス燃料と混合して粉砕し、得られた粉砕物を火炉に供給して燃焼させることを特徴とするバイオマス燃料の燃焼方法。
