Claims (7)
- (A) 30 내지 60℃로 유기용제를 가온시키는 단계;
(B) 가온된 유기용제 100 중량부에 대하여 폴리염화비닐리덴 10 내지 40중량부를 첨가하고 30 내지 60℃, 1,000 내지 2,000RPM으로 30 내지 150분 동안 교반하는 단계;
(C) 상기 교반된 혼합물에 지방산을 유기용제 100 중량부에 대하여 0.005 내지 0.1 중량부 첨가하고 30 내지 60℃, 1,000 내지 2,000RPM으로 10 내지 30분 동안 교반하는 단계;
(D) 상기 혼합물에 말레산 무수물(maleic anhydride)를 유기용제 100 중량부에 대하여 0.01 내지 0.5 중량부 첨가하고 30 내지 60℃, 1,000 내지 2,000RPM으로 10 내지 30분 동안 교반하는 단계;
(E) 상기 말레산 무수물이 포함된 혼합물에 슬립제를 유기용제 100 중량부에 대하여 0.2 내지 2.0 중량부 첨가하고 30 내지 60℃, 1,000 내지 2,000RPM으로 15 내지 60분 동안 교반하는 단계;
(F) 상기 슬립제가 포함된 혼합물을 20 내지 80℃, 20 내지 200RPM으로 2 내지 10시간 동안 숙성시켜 코팅 조성물을 제조하는 단계
(G) 상기 코팅 조성물을 코터와 같은 코팅장치를 이용하여 종이에 코팅한 다음, 50 내지 200℃의 열풍으로 1차 건조, 50 내지 200℃의 히팅 롤러를 통과하면서 2차 건조한 다음, 0 내지 30℃ 냉각롤러를 통과시켜 코팅지를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 코팅지의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, (E)단계와 (F)단계 사이에, 분산제를 유기용제 100 중량부에 대하여 0.01 내지 1.0 중량부 첨가하고 (E)단계와 동일조건에서 20 내지 60분 동안 교반하는 단계를 더 포함하는 수용성 코팅지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용제는 메틸벤젠(Methyl benzene), 에틸아세테이트(Ethyl acetate), 메틸아세테이트(Methyl acetate), 프로필아세테이트(Propyl acetate), 벤젠(Benzene), 클로로벤젠(Chloro Benzene), 테트라히드로퓨란(Tetrahydrofuran), 에탄올(Ethanol) 및 이소프로판올(Isopropanol)중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 코팅지의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방산은 탄소수 C12~C24의 포화지방산인 라우르산(Lauric acid), 팔미트산(Palmitic acid), 스테아르산(stearic acid), 베헨산(Behenic acid), 리그노세르산(lignoceric acid)중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 코팅지의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬립제는 파라핀 왁스(Paraffin wax), 리코 왁스(Lico wax), 폴리에틸렌 왁스(Polyethylene wax), 실리콘(Silicone), 스테아르산 모노머(Stearic acid monomer)중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 코팅지의 제조방법
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분산제는 친수성 실리카(Hydrophilic silica), 디에스테르 설포석시네이트(Diester sulfosuccinate) 및 우레탄 에멀젼(Urethane Emulsion)중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 코팅지의 제조방법
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되는 수용성 코팅지
