Abstract
본 발명은 도공지 또는 비도공지 또는 크래프트지로 이루어진 기재(100)와, 상기 기재(100) 상면에 형성된 내유성 코팅층(200)과, 상기 내유성 코팅층(200) 상면에 형성된 내수성 코팅층(300)과, 상기 내수성 코팅층(300) 상면에 형성된 방습및 열실링성 코팅층(400)으로 이루어지되, 상기 내유성 코팅층(200)은 알콜, 불소계 화합물, 녹말, 폴리비닐알콜, 지방산, 에멀젼 파라핀 왁스로 이루어지며, 상기 녹말은 산화 녹말 또는 양이온 녹말 또는 하이드록시에틸 녹말 중 어느 하나를 선택하는 것이 바람직하고, 상기 내유성 코팅층(200)은 알콜 73.5 내지 86.8 중량%, 불소계 화합물 2 내지 3 중량%, 녹말 5 내지 10 중량%, 폴리비닐알콜 5 내지 10 중량%, 지방산 0.2 내지 0.5 중량%, 에멀젼 파라핀 왁스 중량 1 내지 3 중량%로 이루어지며, 상기 내수성 코팅층(300)은 에탄올, 니트로 셀룰로오스, 디사이클로헥실 프탈레이트, 에멀젼 파라핀 왁스, 항접착제로 이루어지되, 상기 내수성 코팅층(300)은 에탄올 75 내지 96 중량%, 니트로 셀룰로오스 2 내지 10 중량%, 디사이클로헥실 프탈레이트 0.5 내지 5 중량%, 에멀젼 파라핀 왁스 1 내지 8 중량%, 항접착제 0.5 내지 2 중량%로 이루어지고, 방습 및 열실링성 코팅층(400)은 유기용매, 폴리염화비닐리덴, 지방산, 말레산 무수물, 슬립제, 분산제로 이루어지되, 방습 및 열실링성 코팅층(400)은 유기용매 56.4 내지 89.73 중량%, 폴리염화비닐리덴 10 내지 40 중량%, 지방산 0.05 내지 0.1 중량%, 말레산 무수물 0.01 내지 0.5 중량%, 슬립제 0.2 내지 2 중량%, 분산제 0.01 내지 1 중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명은 도공지 또는 비도공지 또는 크래프트지로 이루어진 기재(100) 상면에 내유성 코팅제로 코팅하여 내유성 코팅층(200)을 형성하는 단계(S10), 상기 단계(S10)에서 형성된 내유성 코팅층(200) 상면에 내수성 코팅제로 코팅하여 내수성 코팅층(300)을 형성하는 단계(S20), 상기 단계(S20)에서 형성된 내수성 코팅층(300) 상면에 방습 및 열실링성 코팅제로 코팅하여 방습 및 열실링성 코팅층(400)을 형성하는 단계(S30), 상기 단계(S30)에서 방습 및 열실링성 코팅층(400)을 형성한 후 건조하는 단계(S40)로 이루어지고, 상기 단계(S10) 내지 (S30)의 내유성 코팅제, 내수성 코팅제, 방습 및 열실링성 코팅제는 나이프팅 코팅 또는 리버스 롤 코팅 또는 에어 나이프 코팅 및 와이어로드 코팅 방식 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 코팅하며, 및 상기 단계(S40)에서 자외선 램프, 열풍장치, 냉각 쿨링 장치가 구성된 자외선 건조장치로 건조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 도공지 또는 비도공지 또는 크래프트지로 이루어진 기재(100) 상면에 내유성 코팅제로 코팅하여 내유성 코팅층(200)을 형성하는 단계(S10);
상기 단계(S10)에서 형성된 내유성 코팅층(200) 상면에 내수성 코팅제로 코팅하여 내수성 코팅층(300)을 형성하는 단계(S20);
상기 단계(S20)에서 형성된 내수성 코팅층(300) 상면에 방습 및 열실링성 코팅제로 코팅하여 방습 및 열실링성 코팅층(400)을 형성하는 단계(S30);
상기 단계(S30)에서 방습 및 열실링성 코팅층(400)을 형성한 후 건조하는 단계(S40)로 이루어지되,
상기 단계(S40)에서 자외선 램프, 열풍장치, 냉각 쿨링 장치가 구성된 자외선 건조장치로 건조하며,
상기 내유성 코팅층(200), 내수성 코팅층(300), 방습 및 열실링성 코팅층(400)의 내부까지 건조하면서, 식품 포장지의 얼룩 발생을 방지하도록 상기 열풍 장치에서 50 내지 200 ℃ 온도로 1 내지 5 분 동안 열풍을 분사하고,
식품 포장지의 컬(curl) 현상을 방지하도록 상기 냉각 쿨링 장치에서 냉각 바람이 분사되면서 내유성 코팅층(200), 내수성 코팅층(300), 방습 및 열실링성 코팅층(400)을 -10 내지 10 ℃ 온도로 1 내지 3 분 동안 급속 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내유성, 내수성, 방습성 및 열실링성을 가지는 다층 코팅기술을 이용한 친환경 수용성 식품 포장지의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 단계(S10) 내지 (S30)의 내유성 코팅제, 내수성 코팅제, 방습 및 열실링성 코팅제는 나이프팅 코팅, 리버스 롤 코팅, 에어 나이프 코팅 및 와이어로드 코팅 방식 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내유성, 내수성, 방습성 및 열실링성을 가지는 다층 코팅기술을 이용한 친환경 수용성 식품 포장지의 제조방법.
