Claims (19)
- 전해질막;상기 전해질막의 양면에 각각 구비된 애노드 집전체 및 캐소드 집전체;상기 애노드 집전체 및 캐소드 집전체 상에 각각 구비된 애노드 촉매층 및 캐소드 촉매층; 및상기 애노드 촉매층 및 캐소드 촉매층 상에 각각 구비된 애노드 확산층 및 캐소드 확산층을 포함하고,상기 애노드 확산층 및 캐소드 확산층이 전기적으로 비전도성 물질인 막전극 접합체.
- 전해질막;상기 전해질막의 양면에 각각 구비된 애노드 촉매층 및 캐소드 촉매층;상기 애노드 촉매층 및 캐소드 촉매층 상에 각각 구비된 애노드 집전체 및 캐소드 집전체; 및상기 애노드 집전체 및 캐소드 집전체 상에 각각 구비된 애노드 확산층 및 캐소드 확산층을 포함하고,상기 애노드 확산층 및 캐소드 확산층이 전기적으로 비전도성 물질이고, 상기 애노드 집전체 및 캐소드 집전체는 금(Au), 은(Ag), 알루미늄(Al), 니켈(Ni), 구리(Cu), 백금(Pt), 티타늄(Ti), 망간(Mn), 아연(Zn), 철(Fe), 주석(Sn) 또는 이들의 합금인 막전극 접합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 확산층이 소수성 물질, 친수성 물질, 함수성(含水性) 물질, 다공성 물질 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 물질이 폴리에틸렌계 고분자 수지, 폴리스티렌계 고분자 수지, 불소계 고분자 수지, 폴리프로필렌계 고분자 수지, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트계 고분자 수지, 폴리이미드계 고분자 수지, 폴리아미드계 고분자 수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트계 고분자 수지, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 물질이 말단에 히드록시기, 카르복실기, 아민기 또는 술폰기를 포함하는 고분자 수지, 폴리비닐알코올계 고분자 수지, 셀룰로오스계 고분자 수지, 폴리비닐아민계 고분자 수지, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드계 고분자 수지, 폴리에틸렌글리콜계 고분자 수지, 나일론계 고분자 수지, 폴리아크릴산계 고분자 수지, 폴리에스테르계 고분자 수지, 폴리비닐피롤리돈계 고분자 수지, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트계 수지, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 함수성 물질이 말단에 히드록시기, 카르복실기, 아민기 또는 술폰기를 포함하는 고분자 수지, 폴리비닐알코올계 고분자 수지, 셀룰로오스계 고분자 수지, 폴리비닐아민계 고분자 수지, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드계 고분자 수지, 폴리에틸렌글리콜계 고분자 수지, 나일론계 고분자 수지, 폴리아크릴산계 고분자 수지, 폴리에스테르계 고분자 수지, 폴리비닐피롤리돈계 고분자 수지, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트계 수지, Al2O3, ZrO2, TiO2, SiO2 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 물질의 기공의 평균 직경이 20 nm 내지 500 μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 물질의 기공도(void fraction)가 10% 내지 90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 확산층이 바인더를 더 포함하고 상기 바인더의 함량이 비전도성 물질 및 바인더의 혼합 무게를 기준으로 20 중량% 내지 90 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 확산층 및 캐소드 확산층 상에 지지층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 지지층이 비전도성 물질, 전도성 물질 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 지지층이 바인더를 더 포함하고 상기 바인더의 함량이 전체 지지층의 무게를 기준으로 10 중량% 내지 90 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 지지층이 다공성 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 물질의 기공의 평균 직경이 0.1μm 내지 1 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 다공성 물질의 기공도(void fraction)이 10% 내지 90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 지지층이 금속, 세라믹, 또는 카본계 소재인 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 집전체 및 캐소드 집전체는 전기전도성 고분자 필름 상에 도전성 금속이 형성된 FPCB(flexible printed circuit board)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 막전극 접합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 막전극 접합체를 포함하는 연료전지.
