도 3은 본 명세서의 일 실시상태에 따른 강화복합 전해질막으로서, 혼합층에 제2 실리카 입자를 포함하고, 전도성층에 제1 실리카 입자 및 제2 실리카 입자를 포함하는 강화 복합 전해질막을 모식적으로 나타낸 도이다.
도 4은 본 명세서의 실시예를 통해 제조된 2종의 실리카를 포함하는 탄화수소계 복합 전해질막 및 비교예를 통하여 제조된 1종의 실리카만을 포함하는 탄화수소계 복합 전해질막의 전류밀도를 측정한 도이다.
도 5는 본 명세서의 실시예를 통해 제조된 2종의 실리카를 포함하는 경우 및 비교예를 통해 제조된 1종의 실리카만을 포함하는 경우의 개회로전압 값을 측정한 도이다.
도 6은 본 명세서의 일 실시상태에 따른 연료전지의 구조를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (24)
- 이온전도성 영역 및 다공성 지지체를 포함하는 혼합층; 및 상기 혼합층 상의 적어도 일 면에 구비되는 이온전도성 고분자를 포함하는 전도성층을 포함하고,
상기 전도성층은 제1 실리카 입자를 포함하며, 상기 혼합층은 제2 실리카 입자를 포함하며,
상기 제1 실리카 합성 실리카로서 다공성이고, 상기 제2 실리카 입자는 퓸드 실리카(fumed silica)이며,
상기 제1 실리카 입자는 비표면적이 800 m2/g 이상 1,000 m2/g 이하이며,
상기 제2 실리카 입자의 밀도는 50g/L 이상인 것인 강화복합 전해질막. - 삭제

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 강화복합 전해질막 내 상기 제2 실리카 입자는 상기 제1 실리카 입자 100중량부를 기준으로 50중량부 내지 400중량부 포함하는 것인 강화복합 전해질막.

- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소계 고분자는 술폰화 벤즈이미다졸계 고분자, 술폰화 폴리이미드계 고분자, 술폰화 폴리에테르이미드계 고분자, 술폰화 폴리페닐렌설파이드계 고분자, 술폰화 폴리술폰계 고분자, 술폰화 폴리에테르술폰계 고분자, 술폰화 폴리에테르케톤계 고분자, 술폰화 폴리에테르-에테르케톤계 고분자 및 술폰화 폴리페닐퀴녹살린계 고분자 중에서 선택되는 것인 강화복합 전해질막.
