Claims (12)
- 유체를 토출하는 토출실과 유체의 토출량을 제어하는 제어실을 연통시켜서 상기 제어실로 토출유체를 도입하는 도입통로, 상기 도입통로의 도중에 형성된 제 1 밸브실, 유체를 흡입하는 흡입실과 상기 제어실을 연통시켜서 상기 제어실로부터 유체를 도출하는 도출통로, 상기 도출통로의 도중에 형성된 제 2 밸브실, 상기 제 1 밸브실 내에 배치되어 상기 도입통로를 개폐하는 제 1 밸브부 및 상기 제 2 밸브실 내에 배치되어 상기 도출통로를 개폐하는 제 2 밸브부가 일체적으로 형성되어 그 왕복운동에 의해 서로 역방향의 개패동작을 행하는 밸브체, 상기 밸브체에 전자구동력을 미치는 솔레노이드를 구비하여,상기 밸브체는 상기 제 2 밸브부를 사이에 두고 상기 제 1 밸브부의 반대측에서 상기 제어실의 압력을 받는 수압부를 가지고,상기 수압부의 수압면적은 상기 도출통로에서의 상기 제 2 밸브부의 수압면적과 상기 도입통로에서의 제 1 밸브부의 수압면적의 차이에 거의 동일하도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제 1 밸브실 및 제 2 밸브실은 연통하도록 형성되고,상기 제 1 밸브실과 상기 제어실을 연통하는 도입통로와 상기 제 2 밸브실과 상기 제어실을 연통하는 도출통로는 공통의 통로로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 밸브체는 상기 제 1 밸브부의 반대측의 단부에 상기 수압부를 가지고,상기 수압부를 노출시킴과 함께 상기 제어실에 연통하는 제 3 밸브실을 가지고,상기 제 3 밸브실에는 상기 수압부에 접촉하여, 전자구동력을 미치는 상기 솔레노이드의 구동로드가 왕복운동이 자유롭게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제 1 밸브실 및 제 2 밸브실은 연통하도록 형성되고,상기 제 1 밸브실과 상기 제어실을 연통하는 도입통로와 상기 제 2 밸브실과 상기 제어실을 연통하는 도출통로는 공통의 통로로서 형성되고,상기 밸브체는 상기 제 1 밸브부의 반대측의 단부에 상기 수압부를 가지고,상기 수압부를 노출시킴과 함께 상기 제어실에 연통하는 제 3 밸브실을 가지고,상기 제 3 밸브실에서는 상기 수압부에 접촉하여, 전자구동력을 미치는 상기 솔레노이드의 구동로드가 왕복운동이 자유롭게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,압력의 증감에 따라서, 상기 밸브체에 탄성 가압력을 미치는 감압체를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,압력의 증감에 따라서, 상기 밸브체에 탄성 가압력을 미치는 감압체를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,압력의 증감에 따라서, 상기 밸브체에 탄성 가압력을 미치는 감압체를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,압력의 증감에 따라서, 상기 밸브체에 탄성 가압력을 미치는 감압체를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 도입통로에는 상기 제 1 밸브실 보다도 상류측에 상기 감압체를 수용하는 수용실이 형성되고,상기 밸브체는 상기 도입통로 내를 삽통하여 상기 제 1 밸브부로부터 상기 수용실까지 신장하는 신장부를 가지고,상기 감압체는 상기 밸브체의 왕복운동 방향에서 상기 신장부의 선단에 결합하여, 토출 압력의 증가에 따라서, 상기 제 1 밸브부를 개방하고 또한 상기 제 2 밸브부를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 도입통로에는 상기 제 1 밸브실 보다도 상류측에 상기 감압체를 수용하는 수용실이 형성되고,상기 밸브체는 상기 도입통로 내를 삽통하여 상기 제 1 밸브부로부터 상기 수용실까지 신장하는 신장부를 가지고,상기 감압체는 상기 밸브체의 왕복운동 방향에서 상기 신장부의 선단에 결합하여, 토출 압력의 증가에 따라서, 상기 제 1 밸브부를 개방하고 또한 상기 제 2 밸브부를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 도입통로에는 상기 제 1 밸브실 보다도 상류측에 상기 감압체를 수용하는 수용실이 형성되고,상기 밸브체는 상기 도입통로 내를 삽통하여 상기 제 1 밸브부로부터 상기 수용실까지 신장하는 신장부를 가지고,상기 감압체는 상기 밸브체의 왕복운동 방향에서 상기 신장부의 선단에 결합하여, 토출 압력의 증가에 따라서, 상기 제 1 밸브부를 개방하고 또한 상기 제 2 밸브부를 폐쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량제어밸브.
