Description
バルブハウジングと、主弁座と接離する主弁部を有しソレノイドの駆動力により吐出圧の吐出流体が通過するPdポートと制御圧の制御流体が通過するPcポートとの連通を開閉する主弁体と、周囲の圧力により開閉する感圧弁と、前記感圧弁の開閉により前記Pcポートと吸入圧の吸入流体が通過するPsポートとを連通させることが可能な中間連通路と、を備える容量制御弁であって、
前記バルブハウジングには、前記Pcポートと、前記Psポートと、前記Pdポートとが設けられ、前記Pcポートと前記Psポートとの間を、前記Pdポートからの吐出圧力により作動する作動部材の作動力により移動する差圧弁体によって開閉可能な差圧弁が設けられていることを特徴としている。
この特徴によれば、容量可変型圧縮機の起動時には、感圧弁を開放し中間連通路を開放するとともに、差圧弁を開放しPcポートとPsポートとを連通させる差圧連通路を連通することにより、制御室内から感圧弁および差圧弁を通して液化した流体を吸入室内に短時間で排出して起動時の応答性を高めることができ、かつ容量可変型圧縮機の起動後には、吸入圧力の低下により感圧弁が閉塞されても、Pdポートからの吐出圧力により差圧弁を開放しPcポートとPsポートとを連通させる差圧連通路を連通することにより、制御圧力と吸入圧力を同圧に維持することができるため、最大容量の状態を維持して運転効率を高めることができる。
これによれば、Pc受圧面とPd受圧面とが対向しているので作動部材が傾き難く作動部材の移動が円滑である。
これによれば、組立作業性が良いばかりか、作動部材および差圧弁体がそれぞれ傾き難くなる。
これによれば、作動部材を所望の位置に保持できるとともに差圧弁体の移動を作動部材によっても規制できる。
これによれば、差圧弁を有する容量制御弁をコンパクトに構成することができる。
これによれば、吐出圧力が低いときには、差圧弁体を確実に閉弁位置に移動させることができる。
これによれば、第2バルブハウジングに差圧弁体を組み付ければよいため、組立作業性に優れる。

Claims (7)
- バルブハウジングと、主弁座と接離する主弁部を有しソレノイドの駆動力によりPdポートとPcポートとの連通を開閉する主弁体と、周囲の圧力により開閉する感圧弁と、前記感圧弁の開閉により前記PcポートとPsポートとを連通させることが可能な中間連通路と、を備える容量制御弁であって、
前記バルブハウジングには、前記Pcポートと、前記Psポートと、前記Pdポートとが設けられ、前記Pcポートと前記Psポートとの間を、前記Pdポートからの吐出圧力により作動する作動部材の作動力により移動する差圧弁体によって開閉可能な差圧弁が設けられ、
前記差圧弁体は、前記Pdポートからの吐出圧力が高まることで開方向に移動し、前記Pdポートからの吐出圧力が低下することで閉方向に移動することを特徴とする容量制御弁。 - 前記作動部材には、感圧室からの圧力を受けるPc受圧面と、前記吐出圧力を受けるPd受圧面とが対向して配置されている請求項1に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記作動部材は、前記差圧弁体とは別部材により構成されている請求項1または2に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記作動部材は、前記バルブハウジングの貫通孔に配置されており、前記差圧弁が閉弁方向に移動したときに前記Pdポートの壁部に当接する請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記
載の容量制御弁。 - 前記差圧弁体は円筒状に形成されており、前記感圧弁の外径側に同心状に設けられている請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記差圧弁体を閉弁方向に付勢するスプリングを備える請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記バルブハウジングは、前記主弁体を収容する第1バルブハウジングと感圧弁部材を収容する第2バルブハウジングとから構成されている請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
