Abstract
본 발명의 경량의 내스크래치성이 우수한 표면재는, 시트(Sheet)를 열경화성수지에 함침시켜 상기 시트의 상하 양표면에 상기 열경화성수지를 도포하되, 상기 시트는 종이 위에 우레탄-아크릴 코팅이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 내스크래치성이 우수한 목재패널의 제조방법은, 목재패널의 표면을 세척하는 브러쉬단계와; 상기 목재패널에 접착제를 도포하는 접착제도포단계와; 상기 접착제를 가건조시키는 가건조단계와; 시트(Sheet)를 열경화성수지에 함침시켜 상기 시트의 상하 양표면에 상기 열경화성수지를 도포하는 함침단계와; 함침된 상기 시트를 건조시키는 시트건조단계와; 접착제가 도포된 상기 목재패널에 열경화성수지가 도포된 상기 시트를 열압성형하여, 상기 열경화수지를 경화시키면서 상기 목재패널과 시트를 상호 접착시키는 라미네이팅단계로 이루어지되, 상기 시트는 종이 위에 우레탄-아크릴 코팅이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 삭제
- 목재패널의 표면을 세척하는 브러쉬단계와;
상기 목재패널에 접착제를 도포하는 접착제도포단계와;
상기 접착제를 가건조시키는 가건조단계와;
시트(Sheet)를 열경화성수지에 함침시켜 상기 시트의 상하 양표면에 상기 열경화성수지를 도포하는 함침단계와;
함침된 상기 시트를 건조시키는 시트건조단계와;
접착제가 도포된 상기 목재패널에 열경화성수지가 도포된 상기 시트를 열압성형하여, 상기 열경화수지를 경화시키면서 상기 목재패널과 시트를 상호 접착시키는 라미네이팅단계로 이루어지되,
상기 시트는 종이 위에 우레탄-아크릴 코팅이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내스크래치성이 우수한 목재패널의 제조방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 열경화성수지는 요소수지, 멜라민수지 또는 페놀수지로 이루어지되,
상기 함침단계에서는 분말형태의 상기 열경화성수지를 녹여서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내스크래치성이 우수한 목재패널의 제조방법. - 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 브러쉬단계와 접착제도포단계 사이에,
상기 목재패널의 표면을 예열하는 예열단계와;
상기 목재패널의 표면에 접착촉매를 도포하는 촉매도포단계와;
상기 접착촉매를 건조시키는 촉매건조단계를 더 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내스크래치성이 우수한 목재패널의 제조방법.
