Claims (12)
- 디젤 엔진용 피스톤(2, 2', 14) 헤드(1, 13)의 연소실 요홈부(4, 4', 12, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22)로서,- 피스톤(2, 2', 14)의 방사상 외측의 피스톤 헤드측 가장자리 구역에 배치된 냉각된 링 캐리어(7)를 포함하며,- 연소실 요홈부(4, 12, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22) 및 그 요홈부 경부(5, 11, 26)가 피스톤 종축(3)에 대해 중앙에서 벗어나게 배치된 연소실 요홈부(4, 4', 12, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22)에 있어서,- 연소실 요홈부(4, 12, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22)의 방사상 외측 가장자리 구역의 적어도 일부에서 요홈부 경부(5, 11, 26)를 기준으로 서로 다르게 방사상 외측으로 진행하는 언더컷(8, 8', 38)이 형성되어 있어, 연소실 요홈부(4, 12, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22)의 방사상 외측 가장자리 구역 전체가 냉각된 링 캐리어(7)의 냉각 효과를 위해 냉각 덕트(9)에 충분히 인접하게 연소실 요홈부(4, 12, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22)에 배치되며, 연소실 요홈부(16)의 헤드 중앙에 돌기 형태로 형성된 돌출부(17)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 요홈부.
- 제1항에 있어서,연소실 요홈부(4, 12, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22)가 원형의 요홈부 경부(5, 26)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 요홈부.
- 제1항에 있어서,연소실 요홈부(4')가 타원형으로 형성된 요홈부 경부(11)를 포함하는 특징으로 하는 연소실 요홈부.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,연소실 요홈부(12, 16, 20, 21, 22)가 언더컷을 구비한 적어도 하나의 방사상 외측 가장자리 구역 및 언더컷이 없는 적어도 하나의 방사상 외측 가장자리 구역(15, 25, 25', 29, 33)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 요홈부.
- 제4항에 있어서,연소실 요홈부(19, 20)가 서로 대향하게 배치된 원호 세그먼트 형태인 두 개의 구역(27, 28)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 요홈부.
- 제4항에 있어서,연소실 요홈부(21)가 3 개의 원호 세그먼트 형태의 구역(30, 31, 32)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 요홈부.
- 제4항에 있어서,연소실 요홈부(19, 20, 21)에서, 원호 세그먼트 형태의 구역(27, 28, 30, 31, 32)이 서로 연속적으로 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 요홈부.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,연소실 요홈부(4, 4', 18, 22)의 전체 영역에서 언더컷이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 요홈부.
- 제9항에 있어서,연소실 요홈부(18)가 서로 대향하게 배치된 원호 세그먼트 형태인 두 개의 구역(23, 24)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 요홈부.
- 제9항에 있어서,연소실 요홈부(22)가 3 개의 원호 세그먼트 형태의 구역(34, 35, 36)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 요홈부.
- 제9항에 있어서,연소실 요홈부(18, 22)에서, 원호 세그먼트 형태의 구역(23, 24, 34, 35, 36)이 서로 연속적으로 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소실 요홈부.
