Description
Claims (8)
- ディーゼルエンジンのためのピストン(2,2′,14)のヘッド(1,13)内の燃焼凹み(4,4′,12,16,18,19,20,21,22)であって、
ピストン(2,2′,14)の半径方向外側のピストンヘッド側の縁部部分内に配置された、冷却されるリング支持体(7)が設けられており、
燃焼凹み(4,12,16,18〜22)並びに該燃焼凹み(4,12,16,18〜22)の凹み頸部(5,11,26)が、ピストン長手方向軸線(3)に対して偏心的に配置されている形式のものにおいて、
燃焼凹み(4,12,16,18〜22)の半径方向外側の縁部領域の少なくとも一部内に、凹み頸部(5,11,26)に関して半径方向外側へ延びるアンダカット(8,8′,38)が、次の範囲内で成形されている、すなわち、燃焼凹み(4,12,16,18〜22)の半径方向外側の縁部領域全体が、燃焼凹み(4,12,16,18〜22)に対する冷却されるリング支持体(7)の冷却作用のために冷却通路(9)の十分に近傍に配置されている範囲内で成形されており、燃焼凹み(16)のヘッドの中央部内に、突起状に形成された一体成形部(17)が配置されていることを特徴とする、ディーゼルエンジンのためのピストン(2,2′,14)のヘッド(1,13)内の燃焼凹み(4,4′,12,16,18,19,20,21,22)。 - 円形の凹み頸部(5,26)が設けられている、請求項1記載の燃焼凹み(4,12,16,18〜22)。
- 楕円形に成形された凹み頸部(11)が設けられている、請求項1記載の燃焼凹み(4′)。
- アンダカットを有する少なくとも1つの半径方向外側の縁部領域と、アンダカットなしの少なくとも1つの半径方向外側の縁部領域(15,25,25′,29,33)とが設けられている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃焼凹み(12,16,20,21,22)。
- 当該燃焼凹み(18〜20)が、互いに向かい合った2つの円セグメント状部分(23,24,27,28)から成っている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃焼凹み(18〜20)。
- 当該燃焼凹み(21,22)が、2つよりも多い円セグメント状部分(30,31,32,34,35,36)から成っている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃焼凹み(21,22)。
- 円セグメント状部分(23,24,27,28,30,31,32,34,35,36)の半径方向外側の縁部領域が、互いに連続して移行するように加工されている、請求項5又6記載の燃焼凹み(18〜22)。
- 燃焼凹み(4,12,16,18〜22)内へ、燃料が噴射ノズルを介して噴射され、該噴射ノズルの孔が次のように寸法取りされ、配置されている、すなわち、燃料噴射流の幅及び配向が、所属の凹み領域の局部的な広がりに適合されているように寸法取りされ、配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃焼凹み(4,12,16,18〜22)。
