Claims (8)
- 고무층으로서 압축 고무층과 접착 고무층을 가지며, 이 압축 고무층과 접착 고무층이 가류 접착되어 있는 동시에, 상기 접착 고무층 내에 심선이 매설되어 있고, 압축 고무층이 벨트 길이 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 리브를 일체로 형성되어 이루어지는 전동 벨트에 있어서, 상기 고무층 중 적어도 압축 고무층이 에틸렌-α-올레핀-디엔 고무를 유기 과산화물과 3관능성의 공가교제에 의해 가류하여 이루어지는 에틸렌-α-올레핀-디엔 고무 가류물로 이루어지고, 상기 에틸렌-α-올레핀-디엔 고무 가류물이 에틸렌-α-올레핀-디엔 고무 100g 당 0.005~0.05 몰의 유기 과산화물과 상기 고무 100 중량부당 0.1~10 중량부의 3관능성의 공가교제를 이용하여 가류하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3관능성의 공가교제가 트리메틸올프로판트리아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판트리메타크릴레이트 및 트리알릴이소시아누레이트로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 과산화물이 지그밀퍼옥사이드, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥산, 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥신-3 및 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(벤조일퍼옥시)헥산으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압축 고무층에는 압축 고무층을 형성하는 에틸렌-α-올레핀-디엔 고무 100 중량부당 접착 처리를 수행하지 않은 단섬유 5~30 중량부가 벨트 폭방향으로 배향하여 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 벨트.
- 제1에 있어서, 압축 고무층을 형성하는 에틸렌-α-올레핀-디엔 고무 100 중량부당, 압축 고무층에 접착 처리를 수행하지 않은 단섬유와 접착 처리를 수행한 단섬유가 합계량으로 5~30 중량부가 벨트 폭 방향으로 배향하여 분산되어 있고, 상기 접착 처리를 수행하지 않은 단섬유와 접착 처리를 수행한 단섬유 중, 접착 처리를 수행한 단섬유의 비율이 25 중량 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착 고무층에 범포(帆布)가 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 벨트.
