Description
Claims (7)
- 베이스;상면에는 출입공이 형성되고 하면은 개방되며 상기 베이스의 상에 지지되는 요크;상기 요크의 내측에 승강가능하게 설치되어 상기 출입공을 출입하며, 렌즈가 결합된 보빈;상기 요크의 내주면에 고정된 마그네트들;상기 마그네트들과 대향되게 상기 보빈의 외주면에 고정된 코일;상기 보빈의 상측 및 하측에 각각 설치되어 상기 마그네트들과 상기 코일의 작용에 의하여 상승된 상기 보빈을 최초의 상태로 복귀시키는 상부 및 하부스프링을 포함하고,상기 마그네트들은 4개가 구비되고, 상기 마그네트들은 각각 적어도 4개의 측면을 포함하고, 상기 4개의 측면 중 1개는 상기 코일을 대면하고, 3개는 상기 요크를 대면하는 렌즈 구동용 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베이스에는 걸림돌기가 형성되고, 상기 요크에는 상기 걸림돌기가 삽입되어 걸리는 걸림공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 구동용 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보빈의 상단면에는 상기 상부스프링의 내면측을 관통하는 제 1 지지돌기가 형성되고, 하단면에는 상기 베이스에 형성된 관통공의 내주면과 접촉하는 제 2 지지돌기가 형성되며,상기 상부스프링의 외면측은 상기 요크와 상기 마그네트들 사이에 삽입 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 구동용 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 마그네트들 하측의 상기 베이스 부위에는 스페이서가 설치되며,상기 스페이서에는 삽입돌기가 형성되고 상기 베이스에는 상기 삽입돌기가 삽입 고정되는 지지공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 구동용 모터.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 하부스프링의 내면측은 상기 보빈의 외면에 사출에 의하여 일체로 형성되고, 외면측은 상기 베이스와 상기 스페이서 사이에 삽입 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 구동용 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 요크는 각형의 케이스 형태로 형성되고, 상기 마그네트들은 각기둥 형태로 형성되어 상기 4개의 측면 중 3개가 상기 요크의 내주면에 접촉된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 구동용 모터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 코일은 8개의 측면을 포함하는 각형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈 구동용 모터.
